Perry is the best. The windows absolutely sparkle, (inside and out) and my previous experience with them indicates they will stay clean for a very long time. I can't do as good a job myself. No streaks at all and well worth the price. No wasted time. They just come in, do what they're supposed to do and don't leave a mess.

My windows and doors were very, very dirty and I will admit, I was a little skeptical about their method of using no chemicals with their pure water cleaning method. I am now a believer! They did break one of the blinds but they did pay for it. They bought another one for us. We paid whatever we agreed to on Angie's List.

I purchased a coupon on Angie's list for $165 for $200 worth of window cleaning. Matt got back to me soon after I called and came and gave me an estimate. We had more windows than the coupon covered and also wanted the screens cleaned. His team of three workers came when promised and did a great job. The windows and screens look really nice. The whole team were very professional and reliable.

Because I had given the gutter cleaning service as a gift, my friend did not not have the heart to tell me how dissatisfied he was with the service until I asked him recently. Even though his house did not have much in the way of gutter length, they bumped up the price before starting. It is a two story house, but my friend said they never got up a ladder at all to check their work which was all done from below. When he asked how they could know that it was clean, a worker tapped on a downspout and said, "Hear that? It's is clean." The gutters were not and he had a roofer clean them a couple of weeks later. He never called them back because he said that they were not worth dealing with and the roofer was there and he was preparing the house for sale.

We could not believe the difference! The company is family-owned and a class act from start to finish. The customer service should be a role model for other small businesses. The owner was friendly professional and provided a prompt estimate, excellent communication before the service was provided, and exceptional results. Highly recommend this company to anyone in the Springfield Ohio area.

Perry Window Cleaning arrived and measured our gutters and gave us the option of having all of our gutters cleaned on the main house for an additional $83 past the original $99 we paid the The Big Deal. After agreeing, the gutters were inspected over the next 10 minutes and were found to be completely free of debris and not in need of cleaning. I asked the cleaners if they could clean out the gutters on the detached garage we had, as no cleaning was needed on the main house. They agreed and once completed, the cleaners still wanted the $83 paid for the cleaning of the additional gutter length on the main house, even though no cleaning was needed on them. After paying the additional $83, I contacted Matt at Perry Window Cleaning to express my concern over the value received for the work done -- which was essentially $182 for the cleaning of the short gutters on our detached garage and the checking of the gutters on the main house. Matt was very receptive and understood our concern and returned our additional check in payment of the additional $83. Matt was very professional in his dealings with us and displayed great understanding and caring for his customers. We also received a free quote for window cleaning services which was appreciated. We would definitely recommend Perry Window Cleaning to others looking for gutter cleaning or windows cleaning in the Dayton area.

Workers arrived promptly and professionally and had work done quickly. The only reason they didn't receive perfect marks from me is that I keep finding the gutter guards in the lawn. I dont know if they weren't properly replaced or they are just worn out and popped out on their own. My gutters are 3 stories up so for me this was an incredible deal. I will use this company again
