Perry Window Cleaning

After some initial confusion on the pricing went well. Matt went out of his way to ensure our windows were clean even coming back after we thought our largest window needed a redo. Well done!!

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out very well. They were prompt, and did a good job. I had more windows than the big deal provided for, and so I paid more. They were a good company.

They (2) arrived on time and, after a walk-thru, got right to work. One did all the outsides and screens, the other did all the insides. When outside man came in, he put on shoe covers. They used purified water, explaining that it would dry spotless, which it did!! And with no chemical residue on the glass to attract and hold dirt, the windows will remain clean longer. Yay!

It went great. The windows are still very clean and it has been almost a month. We are planning to use their service again in the spring.

Prompt effective service - cleaned windows inside and out and wiped down sills. Cleaned up after themselves - personal, friendly workers.

They were friendly and helpful. The windows had years of grime on them but they cleaned them and they looked great.

I was very pleased. They arrived on time and inventoried how many windows I have. They gave me the additional cost (my package $99 for 14 windows) Since I had more windows, I was quoted what the total cost to do the whole house would be. They explained how they would proceed. One member of the team removed all the screens and cleaned them. Meanwhile, another team member cleaned the inside portion of the windows as the third team member did the outside. It only took them an hour to do the whole job. My windows have never looked so clean!

Great job from start to finish. Good communication and confirmations, showed up a few minutes early (after calling to see if it was OK), did a thorough job, and sent follow-up emails. Would recommend and use again in the future.

This is a two store house with many windows on the second floor. Process used was unique and has kept the windows crystal clear since, after several rain showers too. The team even disassembled four Pella windows that have mini-blinds between the panes of glass to clean the inside. Yes I paid a little bit more but the team was very professional, returned promptly when I noticed a couple small areas on two windows that had been missed and the process they use seems to keep the windows clean in spite of the weather. I will absolutely use this company again. I have never been more satisfied with a window cleaning service. The entire process took 2 hours start to finish (plus a 1 hour return visit to fix the spots missed.)

I was pleased with the service especially with the fact that they covered their shoes with booties. It was raining earlier in the day and the ground was wet. They were quick and thorough. No streaks on the windows.

Matt Perry and two workers arrived promptly at the agreed time. They set up their equipment and did all the agreed upon chores. The windows are absolutely spotless and will remain that way even after it rains because of the special water and cleaner he uses. I will never to attempt to clean them again myself. He not only does a great job but is congenial and courteous as are his employees.

I needed the work done rather soon and they accomodated the time period I needed. I was very appreciative of that. They arrived on time and completed the work in really record time. The quality was outstanding. The windows really sparkle with no streaks of any kind. They even washed some of the mirrors in the house.

We ordered the Big Deal in Nov or Dec to have $168 worth of home windows washed for $79. Being my wife was scheduled for open heart surgery in the middle of November, we scheduled for April 2nd. They confirmed the day before. They arrived on time and looked the house over giving us an estimate for $172 to clean all windows and screens. So our total cost was the Big Deal $79 plus $4 totaling $83.00. We were very impressed with their friendly manner, their professionalism, and the cleanliness of our windows. The owner and his son-in-law finished cleaning our four bedroom brick ranch in an hour and a half.

It went beautifully! They arrived on-time. Went over the work to be done. Were patient as we tried to have them work around our 5 dogs (the garage wasn't an option - cat.). Since the contract was for more windows than we had, they included a large round mirror in the master bath that had mirrored glass, a glass shelf and under the shelf frosted glass. They worked quickly and professionally. They were pleasant and friendly. The stained glass front door turned out great, but the side-light was unbelievable. I had literally forgotten how beautiful the glass, etchings and geodes were. Wow! I was also given hints as to how to clean my windows more effectively. (I'll never be able to clean like them, but I do know more now). Because of the weather, it was not possible to spray off the screens, but they did clean them as best they could.

They came, told us what they were going to do, did an estimate and then did it. They took off all the screens and really cleaned them well. They were very friendly and did an excellent job. We had not cleaned the outside windows in 7 years and they made them sparkle! Overall, very reasonable price and great service and we would highly recommend them.

On time, very friendly, felt comfortable with them in my home. The special offer made it affordable for me to use their service. Difficult to contemplate using their service @ full price, though.
