9/17/2013 Refunded ....Customer's request after refusing service at appointment time! Dear potential customer, Sir you set an appointment for September 26th at 3:00pm, 2013...My crew drove the 40 minute trip to your house and arrived on time, but had to call you to get you there for your window cleaning with the Angie's Big Deal special. Your beautiful home has well over the amount clearly stated in the special, and when the crew gave you the option of adding more to get the additional glass included, you blew up at my crew and ordered them to leave, saying you were going to get a refund and you did so. Now nearly a year later, you damage our reputation by giving us an F rating, when we did everything to please you that you would allow! I'm confused as to what else we could have done, we will not wash windows against your will, nor will we do the excessive amount over the clearly spelled out amount of the special for free. You cost me a loss of fuel and employee wages, and now you attack our reputation. I will talk to Angie's list about your actions! Matt Perry

Description of Work: Overall, Perry Window Cleaning did a fantastic job. I though the cost was very reasonable and I was happy that they could do it in such short notice. The only criticism I have is that they missed cleaning some of the window sills on the inside and ledges on the outside of the house. I felt that cleaning those is also part of the window cleaning service. Thank you.

Description of Work: Without a discount coupon, I would likely go back to my prior window cleaning person. The cleaning system left a little spotting at the bottom of the windows, when I mentioned it he said it should go away it's part of how the system works. The owner told me if it didn't go away to call him and let him know when he would come back. That seemed like a hassle since I was leaving town and very busy so I never called back. Very nice people though.

Thank you for the review, it sounds like you were a bit skeptical with the purified water cleaning method. You will likely notice that the windows will stay clean longer than your former traditional window cleanings have done. That's Okay, we were skeptical a few years ago ourselves, and especially wanted to be sure that the 100% pure water cleaning worked, since it was around a $7,000.00 investment to get set up. Description of Work: Washed all windows inside and out, including some very high windows, dusted ceiling fan which is about 18 feet high. Inspected their work and rewashed a couple windows. Cleaned up well after they finished too. Windows look great.

Description of Work: I purchased a window cleaning package through Angie's List for Perry Window Cleaning. They followed up immediately with an email then again called to schedule the appointment. They were very prompt, courteous, and efficient. My windows never looked as good as they do now. I added some windows to the offer. They cleaned all the windows inside and out for a very reasonable amount. I would definitely use them again.
