+ 0 moreInitial work was done well. Scheduling the second part was a challenge. Repair and rehanging of poorly glued paper, that fell down has been impossible. He did not show up for scheduled appointment. Phone messages were unanswered and now no message machine.
Description of Work: Remove old wallpaper, repair old plaster, and hang new wallpaper in four bedrooms, done in two stages of two bedrooms each time.
