+ -1 moreCalled to make an appointment but could not get a service repair person to come out for 2 days. They were backed up in their service calls. When he did show up at the agreed upon time, the repairman went right to work tracking down the problem. It only took a few minutes for him to diagnose the problem and tell me that it was not a dryer problem but an electrical problem.
Description of Work: Assessed a dryer problem and determined that it was not the dryer but a circuit breaker problem.

+ -1 moreTHE GUY SHOWED UP AND FIXED IT, THEN TWO DAYS LATER IT BROKE AGAIN SO HE CAME BACK FOR NO CHARGE AND RE-DID IT. THAT TIME HE HAD TO CHANGE SOMETHING ELSE BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT WAS.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE BELT ON MY DRYER.
