Description of Work: BEWARE - THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF! They go door to door offering there services and take the money and run! I asked the guy that came by to remove the weeds in our backyard (we have a 1.3 acre lot - there is an unnecessary bed at the end of the yard) and CLEAN the bed so I can grass it; and remove the fire pit and the gravel around it. The guy said "we can definitely do that and we'll take about $500 for it." So I thought this was a rather decent deal for the amount of work that had to be done. So the first half hour of work went by and I was inside giving our child a bath and putting her down for her nap. All of a sudden I hear a pounding, yes pounding, on our door! I look to go see who it is and it's the main guy asking me if I wanted to spray the yard with weed killer! I'm thinking in my head "of course!!!" I politely said yes and he leaves. I then went into the back yard to see how things are going and I see that all of the weeds are gone but the ends of weeds are still in the bed. I asked them if they were going to be able to remove the ends and they said NO! I was in amazement because that is what the work was supposed to be - they were supposed to remove the weeds. They said they found the black weed protector on the ground which was what was holding the weeds down so I told them to rip it up and one of the workers said he had to call the "door to door" guy first who is actually looking for other work for these guys to do while they are working at our house - talk about focus on the customer. So he calls him and he's like i'll have to add on another $250 - I'm still in amazement and I told him that I wasn't happy about that and I wasn't going to pay another $250. I asked them to get started on our fire pit so they get started and they come to the house for a third time - they said they couldn't remove the blocks because each brick was mortared on and it went down three levels deep. So i said don't remove it and put the bricks back - and instead rip up the black weed protector. They did all of this work and I asked them once again about the ends of weeds - which was the entire point of this project - the door to door guy said "oh don't worry ma'am everything will be gone in two days" I looked at our back yard yesterday (6/24) and everything is still the same. WATCH OUT THESE GUYS ARE A RIP OFF. They have an F rating with BBB.

Description of Work: Removed 30' pine tree overhanging my house. Also removed several branches from maple tree also overhanging.

Description of Work: Trimmed maple tree, removed 2 trees. They were supposed to remove the stumps but have not done that.
