Jeff was very professional and patient as I debated what size garage I wanted and where to put it. Every time I changed my mind he would come to my house re-measure, mark off the location etc. Once I finally made my decision and paid my deposit. The work began very soon. The First phase they did the excavating, put up the forms and poured the concrete for the garage footer and floor. The next phase they built the garage in a week ! Then they put up the forms and poured the concrete for the driveway & patio. In about 3 weeks they finished the job. It was well done. Jeff managed the job properly. It took less time for them to build the garage than for me to decide what I wanted. I like that they use American workers that were very knowledgeable and hard working. I couldn't be happier with the job they did and I'm a hard person to please. We were fortunate that the weather co-operated during the building. We only had one day delay due to rain. A few suggestions for you if you're considering building a garage: You'll need to consider the cost of landscaping the area around the garage. The Bob Cat excavating tears up the grass. You'll have additional costs for running electric to the garage. There may be some work required on your part for cleanup of the job site when they're done. In my case I had a deck torn out and I had to get my son to take the debris to the dump. I got several estimates and no other company provided these services in their bid.
