Josh is incredibly approachable and very easy to work with. Would go out of his way to make sure my family had heat.

Josh came in to quote my vent work & was very thorough in his explanation of what needed done. Instead of trying to oversell, he gave me all options that were available and what he considered to be the best fit for me based on my input. He completed the job & then walked back through everything he did. He gave great explanations on what I should expect with the new duct work. He followed up a few days later & went above and beyond...even power washing my central air unit. Roughly six months later he checked on the work he did to see if the house was cool in the summer & recently checked in again now that it's getting cold outside. I would hands down recommend him to anyone!

If you want the best and done at the highest quality then I would hire Massey Mechanical Services. They installed my central air system, 2 mini split systems, furnace and ran all the ductwork in a timely manner. It was well worth the money having them do it, they take pride in what they do and it shows. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Massey Mechanical Services.

Josh is the most professional, honest and knowledge furnace and air person I've had in my house for service. He's who I will call from now on. He will tell you what needs done now and what can wait. He doesn't price gouge. He also offers other service that needs doing for maintaining your home. Josh was excellent to work with. He is friendly, quick to come out, very good prices, and always willing to answer any questions we had! We had many companies tell us that our AC unit couldn’t be fixed, I was pregnant and it was summer and Josh was able to fix it to make it through another year until we could afford a new one, and then when we were able Josh installed a furnace and air system for us this year and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received! Will definitely use him again if the need arises and highly recommend him!

Josh came over on a Sunday afternoon to repair our thermostat. He was very professional and courteous. He has helped us out many times and is my go-to guy for all things HVAC!

It's almost hard to know where to begin this review! I guess I will begin by saying that Josh was extremely prompt when I called him for a quote on the recommendation of my son to purchase and install a new heat pump. By the way, I have a more difficult system as mine is a Unico with all of the duct work in the attic. Josh was extremely thorough in checking my old system and making certain that what he was going to do would be the right thing for me. His quote undersold the other two that I requested by a bunch!!! His understanding of what I needed was exemplary and Josh made sure that he contacted the manufacturer of my system to ensure that he did what was needed. I am so happy with my system. I love the warm air that comes out in the winter and the cool air that embraces me in the heat of summer. Can't say enough about Josh and his crew. Polite, thorough, an all around good person and an exemplary HVAC guy. I recommend him to everyone with confidence that they will be treated just as I was. No doubt in my mind whatsoever.

Josh was very quick to return my call about getting me a quote to replace my system . He scheduled a time and day and arrived 15 mins early . After evaluating the job he gave me a price that crushed the competition and his workmanship was exceptional. His attention to detail was second from none an he went above an beyond to make me an my wife happy ! His HVAC knowledge was exceptional and we learned a lot about the trade through our process !
