LOCAL COMPUTER PROFESSIONAL THAT YOU CAN RELY ON TO GET HONEST AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE Eric Strait is a computer technician with over 11 years of experience in the computer industry. He has worked for MCI, Worldcom, UUNET, Siemens Business Services, IBM, Verizon Business. Eric hase held titles from Help Desk Analyst to Computer Network Engineer. Eric Strait is a Microsoft Certified Engineer, A+ certified and he is a Cisco Certified Network Associate. Eric has a Help Desk Certification from HDI (Help Desk Institute). He has a Bachelors Degree of Science in Information Systems from Ohio University. Christina Saunders is ETEK's Office Administator and Assistant. She "holds down the fort" so to speak. Christina keeps track of orders coming in for computer parts. Processes orders. She is in the office so that customers can drop off and pickup their computers and is here to answer any questions you may have. Christina's roll is to make sure that you can always speak to someone from ETEK. We try to not let any calls go to voice mail and if a call does, Christina will call you back promptly. We have done a lot of work in the computer industry and I realized what parts of it that I really enjoy so we decided to start my a small business computer service company. We enjoy helping people and we wanted to move back to the town we grew up (Springfield) to be closer to family and friends. We are computer experts and I offer a free evaluation for your computer problem. Our prices are fair and I will let you know what the cost is to provide any services before it is done.
