One thing I disliked about them is that I called and they gave me a price. However, I did not get the estimate in writing. They told me at that time it would be about a week before he came, but it ended up being about three weeks and I had to call twice to get him to come then. The work was done well; we had no complaints about the work. We had a disagreement about the price. I think it was a misunderstanding and I don't think the man was trying to cheat me. It ended up being $400 more than I thought they quoted. He showed me in his figures how he had gotten to that price, but he actually had forgotten to include the cost of grinding the stumps in his quote to me. His price was still cheaper than some of the others I had contacted.

They did a terrific job, and thoroughly cleaned up both my yard and the alley afterwards.

They were great. Showed up, listened to everything we had to say, gave us an estimate. Once we accepted, they gave us a date and showed up for work. They did a great job. We were very pleased.

We have many trees on our property. Over the past 5 years Enoch has: (1) removed large dangerous branches and fallen trees, (2) trimmed both large and small ornamental trees for better shape and growth habit, and (3) cleared invasive trees and bushes from our woods. He does a magnificent job in all areas at a reasonable price based on carefully noted time and equipment required.

It was the first time we had used them. It went excellent. They were really friendly and listened to what we needed to be done. They were really fast.

I noticed them doing work at my neighbors house and asked them to come over and give me a quote. I had them remove a couple trees in two different jobs. Throughout the process, I also appreciated the advice they gave me for what to remove so the "good" trees will do better, and also working along a plan of what would look best design wise. I have been VERY happy with their service both times they have been here. The second job I had them do, they removed four trees and some dead branches from other trees, as well as some scrub trees in a small area towards the rear of the property. I asked if they would leave me the wood chippings so I could use them as a base for a small sitting area in the back of the yard.... they left me a nice pile of woodchippings and cleaned everything up around the remainder of the property... including a couple large logs a previous contractor left when trimming an Oak tree last fall after storm damage. I highly recommend them, and plan to use their service again... one smal job at a time is not a problem for them, and I could not have been happier with the price!!! When I first talked to him about how long before they could do the first job, he said he would be in the area in a couple days and would stop back by, he was there and did the job wonderfully. I asked him to come back in about 2 weeks when/if he was in the area, and I would have more for him to do.... he showed up to my delight and did more then I expected for the rate. I plan on keeping him working to get my yard in order. *thumbs up*

The company responded by starting the work less than 1 week after we found them. There were four individuals who came to do the work. They moved so quickly - it was impressive how fast they were able to cut the trees down, and dispose of the debris. They cleaned up everything, barely leaving sawdust. Nothing was damaged, which was impressive because we have a pool, a fence and a hot-tub, and they had to cut things at difficult angles. I would recommend them without hesitation.
