Poor quality, too big a hurry to finish job, etc.

Mr Normile missed two start dates and when finally showed up was late. Mr Normile said he could replace the lumber for the steps, however, they were poorly finished (moved and uneven) materials are not deck lumber. I expected hand painted deck, instead, it was spray painted one coat. Although, I had to insist on a written invoice he guaranteed the work for 1 year. His reviews were decent but they did not meet my expectations of a professional.

Ed did very good work. The only problem that I had was he was short staffed and it took longer for him to complete the job, then he originally said that it would be done. He kept in touch and he did very good work. He let us have the leftover material.

Everything was explained to me very clearly. Excellent service.

I have been using Ed Normile for years to seal coat our asphalt driveway. He does a great job for a great price. Edges the driveway and fills cracks and uses professional materials to seal the asphalt. Last year he sealed our brick chimney and paver sidewalk too. I highly recommend Ed he has always does a great job and stands behind his work!

Ed communicated very well. He contacted me with hours of my Home Advisor request to schedule an estimate. That appointment didn't work out and Ed contacted me to reschedule. Every step of the way was very well coordinated and communicated.

Excellent turn time

Ed was so nice through this whole process. First he got me in within days of contacting him through home advisor, then he was supposed to come out one day but it rained and I assumed he wouldn’t come out but he called to make sure I was aware. Then he let me choose a stain color that was a little more inconvenient for him, which was nice of him. I LOVE the way it turned out! I will definitely use him for other projects!
