Went very well. They called first and arrived when they said they'd arrive.

I can't say enough good things about the two professionals that worked in my elderly parents yard today! To quote my father, " these were two dedicated employees who were very polite the whole time they were digging in 90 plus degree temperatures." They left the yard in good condition when they were done; all it needs is a little grass seed. We highly recommend this company!

When Dooley arrived they inspected and found the filter in the septic was clogged. They cleaned the filter and emptied the tank. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. I was educated through the process. They also gave me a "do's ans don'ts" list. I was completely satisfied with their service!

Dooley called before they came so I knew approximately when they would arrive. When they started pumping the tank they noted the water level was high but after completing the pumping they felt it wasn't a problem since the water level had been high the last time they cleaned the system exactly three years ago. Both men were very friendly and said their company would check our water quality for free as we are looking into a new water softener system. They gave us a detailed report of their findings. It was an overall very good experience.

I called and spoke to Jennifer at the office who was very friendly and quick to help me. My situation is slightly difficult . I live 75 miles outside of Springfield and have a troublesome renter in a property in Spfld. I needed quick service but i'm far away. Jennifer took my information and was able to get someone out ther within a couple hours. The plumber ( Jim) was thorough and called me to let me know what was going on with the backup at the rental property. Called me again later after the job was complete to give me all the details.First he cleared tree roots from the sewer cleanout. Then there was a bottle wedged at the bottom of the toilet he had to remove the toilet completely to remove bottle then replaced wax ring and toilet. He checked to make sure everything was working before he left. I'm very pleased with the service I received from them and will use them in the future.

The company rep who scheduled my appointment was very pleasant and communicated effectively regarding the price of their services. The technician showed up on time and emptied the septic tank and performed an inspection, noting a minor issue that needed to be resolved by the seller. The technician was patient with me and answered questions that I had regarding the system. I would use them again but cannot speak very well to the price of their services since I have not previously dealt with a septic system on my property.

I was very pleased with Dooley Septic-Pro & Rooter-Pro Plumbing Company. Their work was more than satisfactory. They were extremly fair with their price. They came back the next day just to check and make sure that everything was still okay. It was my first experience with them and I would be calling them if I needed a plumber again. It was a very highly satisfactory experience. The drian celaning had actually created the leak problem. The drain had backed up and it needed some work on it so they found it immediately and went to work on it. I was impressed with the fairness of their fee, the work that was the done and the attitude. I just was more than pleased with them. It was quite refereshing because I have not had many good experiences with plumbers in the past. I will refer them to other people who need similar service done.

They were willing to work with our hectic schedule by making an evening appointment. They called half an hour before they came to make sure it was still a good time for us. Did the job quickly and efficiently.

Mr. Dooley met with my wife and me to discuss the possibility of a viable and cost effective septic system on a piece of property we were considering. He was very helpful and indicated that it could be accomplished; however, to do it right it could be more costly. When we eventually purchase land, Mr. Dooley will be on the top of our list to create our septic system.
