The crew was professional and did a god job. They safely performed work and cleaned up the area as they worked. This is a family company with a large crew of seven men - mostly family members.

I called for a quote on a Friday morning and they were able to come out the same day. The price was reasonable given the scope of work I had. They were able to come out the following week to perform the work. The entire crew was extremely nice and hard working. The job lasted two days and they were on time and worked tirelessly throughout their time at my property. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely contact them again for trimming or removal services.

They were professional and timely. We were provided with a detailed estimate of work to be completed. They cut small tree into firewood sized pieces and left in small piles. Work areas were thoroughly cleaned up with the exception of the expected saw dust. I appreciated that they walked me around my property to show the completed work and even got everything back out to fix something that had been forgotten (simple misunderstanding). Overall good experience and good price.

Called Dean's Tree Service on Tuesday, they came out and gave an estimate on Wednesday and removed the trees on Friday. Very professional and fast. Cleaned area and stacked wood neatly. Highly recommend.

Dean's Tree Service came to our door offering free estimates. After receiving a great quote, we agreed to have a tall, dead tree cut down. They had their crew there in ten minutes, and quickly and professionally did the job. We are very pleased with the work they did for us, and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

The owner provided a quote for miscellaneous services to be performed. We agreed on the price and the specific work to be done. The owner requested partial payment partway through the job, and we paid 80% with the understanding that the remaining work would be completed within a week. We contacted the owner several times when no one arrived to finish the work. He made excuses or claimed that he thought his crew had been out and didn't realize they never arrived, etc. He always promised to remedy the situation immediately, often giving specific dates and times when someone would come to finish the job. He never made good on his word. At this point, the amount of work that was completed is less than what we paid. We believe the owner decided it was more profitable to quit while he was ahead. We feel Dean's Tree Service ripped us off.

My trees needed trimmed for they were affecting overhead wires as well as my roofing/gutters to my property. Dean's Tree Service workers provided excellent customer service and care when using their equipment. They made sure that the job was done from start to finish. The workers were very experienced with tree climbing. They made sure extra care was taken not to cause any structural damages and cleaned up the entire debris and more upon completion. I also had some wood on the side of my home from a previous tree being hit by lightning that I had recently cut down by myself. They rid of the wood and sticks with no additional charge. My neighbors saw how nice of a job Dean's Tree Service workers had done and had their trees trimmed as well. I most recently had a tree fall on my roof due to the latest wind storm. I called them and they remembered me. Within an hour time they were at my home once again and were able to give me a fair estimate along with some honest advice. I highly recommend Dean's Tree Service to anyone who is looking for a job well done and good customer service that is reasonably priced. You can rely on Dean's Tree Service to treat you with excellent care and fair pricing! I am very happy and satisfied with my choice to use Dean's Tree Service. I have never met a contractor that treated me like family.

They did a good job cleaning up. It was reasonably priced. They were very friendly and respectful. They were here all day and worked hard the entire time. I would recommend them to anyone.
