Description of Work: Was scheduled to do an estimate for a new Geo System. They saw that the system was left in test by the previous servicer and thus not functioning properly. The flipped the switch and it is now working fine. Will use them for all of our future Geo needs.

Description of Work: Complete geothermal heat pump and water heater installed. | |All went well. Took three days. Two days for the loops, and a day to install the inside heat pump. Installers were friendly and always willing to answer my questions.

Description of Work: Installed full geothermal furnace and all underground lines. This was not a cheap venture - it was just over 18K. But after tax credits, and a year into it, looks like payback will be in the 6 year range. They use directional boring, and buried the lines 8-10' deep, so there is no (reasonable) chance of ever hitting them accidentally while digging. They took care of everything from the digging to the electric, the installation, and the cleanup. VERY excellent service.

Description of Work: Scheduled an appointment and waited three weeks after telling Danco the requested make and model of our geothermal system. They didn't show for the appointment after I took off work for their 10-1 window. They left a message to reschedule. When I called to reschedule I was told to call the people who installed my system, that Danco does not service Carrier products. The advertisements on TV say geothermal is all they do. Just make sure it's Danco's brand of geothermal!
