D. C. Minnick Contracting LTD

We had a cold water valve fail in the line running to our laundry room. The valve was spraying water and is just a foot or so from our circuit breaker box. I turned off the water to that line, which meant turning off the water to the whole house. I immediately began trying to find references from folks I knew for a plumber - no luck. So I opened the phone book (and Angie's list), called around and DC Minnick was willing to do the work that night and even offered to charge me a reduced "emergency call" fee. They told me they'd be out to perform the repair in 1 1/2 to 2 hours. After 2 1/2 hours I called them to get an updated ETA. No answer. I left a message. After 3 1/2 hours, I called them again to see if anyone would be coming out at all. No answer. I left another message. The next morning, my wife called them to get an explanation. No answer. She left another message. They have never returned our calls. Another company got the job.
