we were a bit surprised it took over 2 weeks to schedule. The first time we heard from them, we were told "We are very busy....so we can't be sure when we can schedule". Mind you, this was AFTER the money was taken out of our bank account. Not a big fan of paying for something and then having to wait 2 weeks to have services completed.

The worker was expert, polite, and fast. The only thing to be aware of if you use this service is that the square footage covered by the deal is VERY small--and whatever extra footage you have is charged at their normal rate. The deal would probably just cover a short driveway from the street to the back of your house--nothing more. So if your driveway is long or it continues on to a garage at the back, you'll be paying a lot more than you thought you would. This isn't the company's fault--but I don't think many people will realize how little territory the deal covers.

We wanted the driveway to look better in time for a graduation party, and Craig came through. The workers were pleasant and careful. The appearance of the driveway is much, much improved. Everything was great, and we'll be calling CJS again when we can afford to completely re-do the driveway.

Great! Found this company here on Angie's List. He let me know they were running late and showed up when they said they would. An hour later it looked like a new driveway. Definitely would recommend.

There was an issue where they didn't receive notifications from Angie's List on purchases, so they didn't call to schedule an appointment. I called after 1-2 weeks to schedule. They said they were out on a job, but someone would be calling me shortly. A week later I called back. They apologized profusely and explained the issue. They scheduled an appointment on the spot. A week later our driveway was sealed.

Once I got them here, they did a great job. They had a really bad communication problem. The person who schedules for them doesn't get back to people. They did a fine job but it took a week and a half to get them here. I needed some patching done. I'd give them a C overall because of the communication part.

The sales person contacted me to schedule and explained that I should not have crack filled myself prior to the seal coating because it would not hold. I used an Angie's list coupon for $99 to give me one coat of seal coat and paid an additional $75 for additional crack fill. I specifically asked for the crack sealing to happen where the drive edges right into the house foundation. That did not occur. There was some crack filler placed on the driveway but because the team arrived in the early evening they were not able to see cracks they supposedly filled. I paid the $75 with regret. May be nice folks but if you hire them, make sure you are there when they do the work and demand they show at a reasonable time.

It was a little bit challenging setting up Craig's visit and the estimate, perhaps because they were busy and had to make a special trip out to me to see it. But once we settled on a price they did a great job. Did my whole driveway in one (long) day. I wish I had had it done years ago!

Job was outstanding. We had used an Angie "deal" for the sealing but when the owner arrived we discussed the benefits of filling the cracks first (my idea--he didn't try to upsell me). His add on price for that was very reasonable and we were thrilled with the results. I will definitely use him again.

It took four tries at communication to get it done. I finally told them to come when I'm not here. They haven't sent me a bill for more. They had to keep cancelling, something happened. They over sprayed and got it all over my concrete and on the street. That didn't make me happy. The price was reasonable, that's why I bought it. I made one phone call, and they called me. The rest of the time was it was by email. They weren't punctual. I probably wouldn't use them again, because it took almost a month to get it done.

Craig did a great job. The driveway looks great. When he dealed our drive many other neighbors also got rheirs done. Everyone was very pleased with the results. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend CJS.
