I was so impressed with the company from start to finish. They responded to my inquiry immediately and scheduled for just a couple days later. The price was excellent and the workmanship was fantastic. The couple were very personable. I would recommend them in an instant. We really like the coal tar finish and results.

I was amazed how much better it looked. They worked hard but completed the job as promised for the price estimated. I would use them again with no hesitation. Much better than any other outfit I have used.

Perfect from start to finish. I called they did the work. Period.

Company was very responsive to my request for estimate. Provided alternative to full replacement and remained in contact with me until decision on project was made.

It went well. They were prompt and provided the I paid for. I wasn't present the entire time they were working, had to leave. When I returned they had finished and roped off the driveway. No mess or residue on the grass.

The quality of the material was not that great.

Overall very well. Because it was late in the season, the repaired cracks developed a white color. I called and the team returned and made the needed repairs, no questions asked. Very responsive and fair.

They suggested that I repair the asphalt before sealing it this repair was an additl 200+ dollars was not impressed with the repair!!

The process went well and driveway looks very nice.

First, let me say that my driveway looks very nice. I'm pleased with the outcome. Getting to the point of getting it completed was quite complicated. They were not familiar with my location in Piqua. And made it clear that they had other jobs to complete in Cincinnati and Columbus. At one point they called me and wanted to do it on a Saturday Night. If they got another job completed first! Ok. So I told them that I didn't think that would work. To make a long story short... I agreed to have them fill the cracks for an extra 100.00. So. They text me on a Saturday night... job done Friday... and wanted to know HOW I WAS GOING TO MAKE PAYMENT! I was shocked... see I wasn't home when they did the job the day before. They also text me and asked me if I had sent the check. Completely unprofessional... will I use them again. NOPE. This was my first purchase off of Angie's list. Likely my last....... and I DID pay them. Lol

It went very well they did a great job. They beyond what I expected.

Excellent, overall experience and I am very pleased with the results. I was unable to be home on the day I was scheduled but Leigh Ann kept me informed throughout. When I arrived home, the driveway looked wonderful. I will definitely return!

Finished work looks greater. Company was very busy with fall rush and communications were spotty at times. In the end, pleased with outcome

We got a few bids, and this was significantly cheaper than the others. Since the reviews on this site were good we hired them. I described what we were looking for as clearly as I could at the time of the bid (keep in mind my knowledge of paving, asphalt, etc. are very limited). When they showed up to begin the work, the owner said it made more sense to use a different technique (cutting out the depressions) rather than what we'd previously discussed. I told him that I would leave it to his judgement since I didn't know enough about asphalt, and that as long as we got the water off the lot and the holes repaired I'd be happy. In short, the cut-out method only replaced the parts of the drive where the water was collecting, not the areas where the water was running FROM, so the water was still pooling quite deeply after the first attempt. After months of back-and-forth and several more attempts to patch the pooling areas, the owner said he wouldn't be able to move all the water off the lot (it was now pooling in a different place, though not quite as badly). I am ambivalent about leaving a bad review; I'm pretty sure they didn't make money off our job, and they did try to make things good a few times, plus he went above-and-beyond when he widened the parking (removing some roots I thought I'd have to hire another contractor for). Unfortunately I think that maybe he didn't ask the right questions when doing the bid, or that he didn't understand how badly the water was pooling. I described the problems and what I thought the solution would look like to the best of my limited ability. When the parking lot was widened, the new edge of the lot was actually made even higher, so moving the water over the lot and down the hill became impossible. Attempts to move the water out the front or back of the property instead were not effective. They underestimated the amount of asphalt that would be needed to widen the lot, so ran out in the middle of the job. That meant the lot was not complete for weeks until they could come back with more. The most damning thing was that there was little or no communication from them as things progressed. They would leave the lot blocked off with cones or caution tape (not intending to return for a week or more), but not tell us when we could open it for use again, or if it was okay to let the dump truck through there to collect our dumpster. They wouldn't contact us for weeks, leaving us wondering if they were done on the job or just waiting for the right weather. The owner seemed frustrated that the job wound up being more expensive and time-consuming than he'd planned, but he did try to make things right. In the end, the seal-coating, painting, and finishing on the lot look good. The driveway is in better shape, but it's a short-term solution rather than the fix that I'd asked for, and we got to a point where we were frustrated enough trying to get to what we'd wanted in the first place that we settled.

The work was done promptly. My driveway is over the footage specified in the deal. They gave me an estimate before we started and I agreed to it, though I thought the price was a bit high. The work was done as promised and it seems to be a competent piece of work. We shall see how it holds up over the next year.. In the future I will get some estimates before buying any deal.

Craig visited the site personally and walked through all recommendations. He quoted promptly and cost was in line with our expectations. the 10% Sr Citizen discount was a nice surprise. The work was scheduled and only rain caused a delay of a day or two. No problem. The crew arrived and worked very hard for 2 days....working into darkness on the final day in order to minimize our inconvenience. The catch phrase On their paperwork, "These guys are good", fits them perfectly. We enjoyed their services. A neighbor apparently was also impressed with their activity and scheduled work on their driveway. Craig and Leigh Ann are very personable and communicated well. All work was done to a high quality level. We will use them again and recommend to anyone.

Overall a good job and they did keep me informed as to when they were coming. The cost was higher than previous years with other companies. The work they performed was better in comparison to the mass companies provided service, but still was higher than previous (the previous company is no longer in business).

There was a little difficulty with scheduling but overall the job went well and would hire again.

Went quick with their equipment. They told me they can do yard work so they took down a tree and hauled the branches away for a negotiated $50
