Pleased with everything but the price. 650 sq ft. driveway. Got the $99 deal that covered 600 sq ft coating. For extra 50 sq. ft and hot pour crack repair I had to pay an additional $186. So $285 total and it took them less than an hour. They did quality work and have great customer service in terms of responsiveness, ease of scheduling, etc. But I will do more homework next time to research the cost - I'm sure I can get a better deal than this.

When I purchased the deal from Angie's List, I was told that I would hear from CJS within 48 hours. They responded that same day, within 6 hours. Since my driveway was brand new, the Angie's deal didn't apply, because a first application requires more sealant. However, CJS applied a $99 discount to the job. They showed up exactly when they said they would. We weren't home, but when we got home, we found the job completed exactly as they advertised. They did a great job and took very good care of my property. There were not any boot marks on the sidewalks, my grass around the driveway was not trampled, and there wasn't any spilled sealant anywhere. I will definitely use CJS again. Prompt, fair priced, quality work.

I purchased the $99.00 deal on Angie's List for my daughter's driveway. They contacted me promptly to schedule and the job was completed in less than a week. They did an excellent job and we were very happy with the result. We will definitely use them when the driveway needs to be sealcoated again.

Bought Angies deal for $99. I found out that the deal covered 600 sq. feet of drive. Mine is almost twice that, plus I needed some crack filling. Extra square footage was .18/foot. Crack fill (cold , due to last a year or so) was $75. Total = $284

CJS crew arrived on chosen date, edged the drive, cleared the cracks, blew off he debris, a lot of work on my over 500' drive.They then hot patched all the cracks and places that were breaking up (soon to be pot holes). Next they thick coated the whole driveway and put up barrier tape across the end at the road. The first crew was joined by a second crew and the whole job was completed in around 3 hours. CJS was fast thorough and professional. They did what they said they would do and at a very reasonable price, they have my recommendation for a job well done.

They did not arrive when expected but, did make it that day. They were very nice and discounted their price 10% as well as upgraded the crack fill to a hot pour because they had been delayed. I did not ask for these things, they volunteered them. They were quick and efficient. I am pleased with how things turned out and, will use them in the future.

These guys are GOOD! Really. They're quick, clean,prompt and professional - our driveway looks great. They weren't the least expensive but they may be the best quality. We'll definitely use them again on another property.

On August 29, 2015 CJS came out and repaired cracks in my driveway and then put one coat of sealcoating on the driveway. The team he sent were very professional and did high quality work. I wanted a second coat of the sealcoating and I was advised this would be an extra 160 dollars. The next morning, August 30, 2015 I checked on the driveway and noticed only a few areas needing fixed from heavy rain overnight. Craig came right out and not only did he fix the issues he placed another coat of sealcoating on the driveway completely free of charge because he wanted it to look right. CJS now has a life long customer. Not only were we happy with his service, my neighbor on both sides also hired CJS because of the quality of work they completed. Thank you CJS Team.....

They completed the work within two days. They even came back in the evening to do the striping. They gave us a great price and we are very satisfied with the overall work.

I had an EXTREMELY bad and beat up asphalt driveway that really needed to be completely torn up and new asphalt poured. I couldn't afford the approximate $5000 cost so I decided to see if someone could patch and seal it. I really hadn't decided to even do it this year as I am retired and I have to watch how I spend my money. CJS (Craig and Kevin) just happened to be driving down my street and saw me in the front yard, stopped and I invited them to give me an quick estimate. My drive is about 2500 to 3000 sq ft and had 6 BIG holes and hadn't been sealed since before I bought my house 5 yrs ago. They told me it would be at least $800 so I told them I would think about it and let them know. I KNEW of the warnings about "drive-by" workers so after a day or so I looked them up on the internet and found they had been on Angie's List but there wasn't a lot of info on them but at least they were a member. I called A's L and didn't find out anything derogatory. They just didn't have any reviews. I call Kevin and Craig and got 3 references and all 3 had great things to say about them (commercial businesses) have been repeat customers. I had them come back out with a contract and they gave me the same price as their first estimate but I added a curb removal to it which brought it to the $1000. I saw their insurance papers and they kept contracts and such in a binder. They gave me the original contract and took a photo of it for their records. Very professional! They came yesterday morning to do the work at about 9:30. I expected them at 8:00 & was beginning to wonder at 9 when they weren't here yet. About that time they called and said they were picking up asphalt & would be here shortly. They brought a 4-man crew (including the owner Craig and Kevin who handles the paperwork....but is hands-on as well. All 4 worked their tails off for about 6 hrs! This includes seal coating my neighbors parking strip by the street. He saw their work and asked them to do it, so instead of coming back they did it immediately. These guys did flawless patchwork on all 6 holes with a huge 8' x 6' steamer, patched some smaller ones by hand, knocked out the old curb & blended the asphalt into the concrete walkway...even put down professional grade grass seed on an area that was torn up but wasn't to be asphalted, then hand poured from a truck a very THICK GOOD seal coat! I never thought my drive could be saved but these guys did it and it looks almost brand new! The price was GREAT for the amount of work they put into it. They NEVER stopped, had lunch or even sat down in 6 hrs! They were respectful as well. I was elated with them and the results! They are coming again in a few days to inspect the drive to make sure there are no problems. Also they trim trees so I'm having them trim out dead & dangerous branches from my 2 HUGE 89 yr old ASH trees. They showed me where they have the Ash Bore Beetle so I'll eventually have to cut them down, but in the meantime they look pretty good and this trim will keep them from losing big branches this winter. Their cost to do this WITH A LIFT is $300! We also did a contract for that. Bottom line...they are honest, hard-working guys trying to make a name for themselves in the business. I'm certainly going to spread the word & will definitely hire them again to re-coat my drive in 2 yrs. They estimated that cost to be about $300. Hire these guys! You won't be disappointed!
