Work was delayed due to a scheduling error but they made up for it with apologies and prompt service when the error was discovered. They were thorough, courteous, and finished the job in two days, coming back on a third day to clean up the edges, etc.

Very well. The driveway looks great and it did not take very long! Very pleased with the results.

I bought the $99 special and the availability showed the next week. I never heard anything from the company for over a week so I contacted them. I received an email that they would contact me on that Monday to schedule an appointment. I never heard back do I contacted them again and they scheduled me for that next Saturday after noon. I just received an email at 3:30 stating they weren't going to come because their grandmother passed away a few days ago and they would contact me to reschedule. I just decided to cancel my order. I definitely have sympathy for their loss. It was just too hard with us initiating all the contact and the last minute notice of not showing up. Based on other reviews this appears to be the way they do business.

Very hard company to communicate with. Even though they said they would get back to you, you have to make the effort to communicate with them

This turned out fine but I am really disappointed with their job. Other than that it was an excellent job and they are going to come back next week to do a top quote. So all and all it was a good job. My biggest complaint was the clean up. I have a cloth hose and it is covered in tar, I can still use. They can do a better clean u job to improve. I would recommend them and tell a friend to let clean better than me. I have several neighbors that got the same stuff done so they got business because of me.

Communication was good (Amber), job was accomplished efficiently, with the careful attention to where the driveway edges were (complex because of a wheelchair ramp) being particularly appreciated.

They were great! Very easy to work with. I was a difficult customer to get scheduled. Each time I called to delay the work they were flexible. When they finally did the work, after me delaying them for three months, the driveway looks fabulous! The quality of the tar product the put on the driveway looks better than what we've ever used. We have a large driveway with a side load garage.

I purchased the $99 deal and listed some of our available dates as prompted online by Angie's List. After one week with no contact or follow up from CJS we started calling to determine when our driveway would be sealed. We called three times, sent texts and e-mails over the course of two weeks and never got any response at all. Sad way to do business, unless the business is generating revenue for services not performed.

Better than we could have expected! I called Craig just yesterday to see if they were still giving quotes and scheduling for driveway sealing, as I think it's sort of "late in the season" to be doing our driveway.... he answered the phone, confirmed they can make it work, and said he would call back later in the day to schedule the date/time. He called back early afternoon to say they got done at another job earlier than expected and were in our area! He bought the crew over, they sealed, gave us some insight to the current state of our driveway, and left us feeling very satisfied with their work, customer interaction/service, etc. We will definitely be calling them next year.

It didn't turn out so well. I think it took about 3 weeks to get scheduling and that was about 40% of my problem with it. I took like 3 weeks because of miscommunication and they said they came out, and they said the couldn't do it, back and forth back and forth. And it was probably my fault because I didn't realize that Angie's List automatically sends them my address that I have on record through Angie's List. Even when I told the the right address, it didn't get done. So they came out and said they couldn't do it, just horrible communication. Finally once we got it done, it took about a month before it started shaping up. So the product that they sealed it with was very inadequate. They didn't do any prep work to get it done. So the actual work administered was not sufficient. I didn't really price it around but it sounded like a good deal but I'd seen other prices that were similar, if not cheaper.

Called to get a quote, a man answered and took down the address & details said he would call back as soon as he parked the truck. He didn't call back that day but, I did get a call the next day to set up the visit for the following Saturday @ 1000. He was a "no call / no show". Not sure why it's so hard to call if you going to be late or something comes up. I can't use anyone that doesn't take customer service as a priority.

Friendly, professional crew, who did a fine job.

My driveway was in pretty bad shape. They should have suggested fully repaveing, but they filled the cracks and covered the driveway thoroughly. It looks good unless you are standing on top of it. I would certainly use them again, great service.

It was pretty good. Their estimate was way off. Their scheduling was not good at all.

Very friendly and courteous. The work was completed in about 90 minutes, so they worked very quickly and efficiently.

CJS had a promotion for up to 400 square feet of driveway tear out and asphalt replacement for $999. The deal was set to expire on 6-30-2016. Today is 6-27-2016 and they removed the deal from Angie's list and replaced it with the same deal for $1800. They will not honer the $999 deal that wasn't to expire for 3 more days!!! This is not a good way to do business!!

I called and left messages and they NEVER contacted me back. NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!

Not good. They have yet to do the work or schedule the work.

Poor communication...3 e-mails required with no answers as to when, then when showed up, the 'woman' implied that I didn't read the details and wanted more $, I said I did but the extra added on exceeded what a local company would do and would apply two coats, not one.

Very good work. They communicated often as to when they would be onsite as we had to reschedule 3 times due to weather. They communicated extra charges prior to beginning any work.

Can't control the weather, which caused us to reschedule a few times - they just wanted to make sure it was done right. I appreciated their effort to work around my schedule (and mother nature's). They were reasonably priced and did a good job. I will be calling them back in a few years.

I called them to schedule the service and spoke with Craig. I texted him my name and address. I ended up hearing back from Amber to schedule. They scheduled me on June 1st and they never showed up. I called to follow up and they said they had over booked and re-scheduled my job for Sunday, June 5th. It rained and they called to cancel. They said they would call me to schedule for the upcoming week however I never received a call. I text messaged the original number I had on Friday, the 10th and asked for an appointment on Saturday, the 11th. Later that day, I got a call back from Amber saying she couldn't do Saturday but could do Sunday the 12th. She gave me a time frame of a little bit after noon. I made sure I got all my errands done to make sure I was available. However, again, no one ever showed up.

Excellent. I have a pretty long driveway

The service was fine. I was a little bit disappointed that I was charged extra.
