+ -1 moreThey came out on the day promised but arrived late in the day. It was dusk when the man finished spraying. I paid him in cash as he wanted. He told me to wait a week and then call back if there are any areas of green and they would respray. After a week I did call them back because there was quite a bit of green showing. They gave me a date but did not show up to respray the problem areas. I called them a second time and they assured me they would be out to respray in a few days, whenever they could work it in. I waited but they never came back. I called them again, but now it's going to voice mail. I left several messages but none were returned. They stopped taking my calls. Long story short, they never came back to respray as they had promised. There were large areas of the drive where the spray had no effect. There was also a lot of spray over into the yard. Definitely a waste of money.
Description of Work: I called them to spray my gravel driveway for weeds. They gave me an estimate which was about $40.00 higher than several other estimates I had but I chose them because of their responsiveness over the phone. They convinced me they would do a good job and also they could come out right away.

Description of Work: We called Carver Lawn Service last year to order sod to replace some bare spots in our lawn on the side of our house. We also talked with him about some drainage problems and he made some suggestions about replacing some bushes. He initially came out promptly to look over our situation and said he would get back to us with a quote. We didn't hear from him, so we called him back and he said had lost our information. We provided it again, and this time he sent a colleague out to look at our drainage issues. That person took measurements and spent some time with us discussing our situation. But we never heard back from either of them. The company may do good work, but we never got a chance to find out, since they did not follow up. I don't recall the exact dates of our contact. It was late summer or early fall of 2012.
