Cartwright Lawn Care

The first year we noticed weeds after the first treatment and when we questioned Cartwright we were told that the chemical they purchased was only a fertilizer, not a weed killer. They were accommodating and then applied a weed killer. Although the employee doing our yard was always very friendly and professional, we have never really been happy with our lawn, too many weeds. I am VERY picky about chemicals getting near my flowers and vegetables so perhaps they were avoiding getting too close. This fall my husband called Carwright to get the final fertilizer treatment (we only have a few treatments a year because I don't like a lot of chemicals.) Doug? told him he would come out before the end of November. He never came. We will try another company next year.

I called and left a message for Doug Cartwright on 8/8/14; that evening he returned my call. We set Monday 8/11/14 for him to come by and give an estimate. Doug arrived promptly at 8am and gave me an excellent estimate. I agreed and an hour later Doug returned with a trailer. Doug worked 3 hours to remove the brush. Making a total of 3 trips to empty his trailer. When done he raked my grass for small sticks. His cleanup was excellent.

Provided landscaping services weekly from July through November 2013. Very professional and reliable service. Met my needs by offering exactly the services requested and very competitively priced on a weekly basis. Invoiced monthly. Is under contract for snow removal this winter but no expereience with them yet

I left a message for Doug and he returned my call the same day. He came to the house to give me an estimate, and when we decided to go forward, he came back and completed the work on time and to budget. He and the young man working with him were professional and friendly - and didn't get seem to mind the kids watching them, the dog barking at them, or even the on-and-off rain.

Very pleasant man on the phone. Unfortunately, he does not service the areas where my mother lives.

From start to finish, it couldn't have gone better!!

I called and the phone was answered. (I called 2 other places and just got voice mail). Set up a time for him to come and estimate a weekly price and found that he was servicing a business in the neighborhood....I had thought about going to the business and asking who was doing their yard since it was always in good shape! And that's it. He is there like clockwork, once a week.

He is very polite. Follows directions perfectly. He doesn't sub-contract.
