The 2 guys that drained the septic were very informative and did an excellent job. They found the old caps very quickly and were fantastic. The guy that installed the caps, not so much. After he left, I had to poke around the caps to get the dirt to settle and then filled in the gaps left behind. I understand the end of the day, "Miller time", but I paid almost $300 to re-do what he didn't!! Not good service

They do a great job. The office staff is very nice and efficient. This system we have is a pain, but they keep it in great functioning shape. I don't have to ever worry about something going wrong as they stay aware of it.
Description of Work: We have a contract with them to check our fancy septic system and keep it running smoothly. They also clean (pump out) our system every other year.

This company actually answered the phone when I called. Everyone else I tried had an answering machine. They were polite and professional on the phone. They scheduled my work sooner than anyone else would have and were priced a bit less than the rest. They came right on time and called before they arrived to let me know to expect them. They were quick, clean and efficient while working on the septic system. They worked on the clogged main line until it was clear. I was pleased with every aspect of their service. It also turns out that this is the second time we've hired them. My good lady had used their service to clean and inspect the tank before we moved into the house. That was 6 or7 years ago and neither of us remembered who it was had done the original work until she saw their truck. She had nothing but good things to say about them then and I've nothing but a good report now. They will be my primary service provider from now on.
Description of Work: Pumped out the septic tank. Vacuumed out the clogged main line. Inspected the tank.
