Blue Ash Tree Care

I've called them numerous times to come back out. They only did five trees when they were suppose to do six. Every time I call, they won't call back or they ignore my calls. I would not recommend them. I am very unhappy.

They trimmed the limb and trees as requested. But asked to leave behind some trimmings and about 600 lbs of wood from another job they did. They requested to come back and pick it up the next day. They have not returned yet to pick it up. No good deed goes unpunished, I shouldn't have allowed them to leave without finishing the job. They have not answered calls or emails when I have attempted to rectify the issue. Incredibly overpriced and did an extremely poor job cleaning up. Their first quote was 2000 dollars and said they would drop it some just for today since they were in the area. If a price is only good for today and they don't give you a chance to shop around, don't bite! I am omitting my address for fear of retribution.

I needed a large maple tree removed and the roots ground down. This company had been in the area asking for work and several of my neighbors successfully had jobs done. I contacted the company and asked about removing this tree. First, they gave me an estimate of $450.00 then when they came back out they changed it to $500.00. They were there and had the equipment there so I said to go ahead. When I came home from work that day, my gas light was out and several bushes they told me they could save were gone. I called and asked the owner, Joe, about the gas line. He said it was up to me to mark where it was. I had no idea that a gas line ran through there at all. We settled on splitting the cost of the repair to the gas line. As of this report, I am out for the full cost of the gas line repair as well as 6 new bushes. I have called and talked to Joe at least 3 times and he promises to send it right away. I have spent over $1000 to remove a tree!!!Don't use them!!!
