They did a good job.

People from Air Duct Cleaning Co. did a good job. They were pretty prompt. They were about half an hour late because they got mixed up with the street name. That actually worked well for me because I was running late myself. It wasn’t a huge issue. They were really good about calling back to set up the appointment. They called at least a couple of times which was helpful because for me that was like a reminder or like a little push to get the job done. They were very good about explaining the whole procedure over the phone and also explained what I should expect from the service. The person who came out was very good. He just went down to the basement and did all the work that needed to be done inside and outside. He took care of it by himself; I didn’t have to interfere. I would use Air Duct Cleaning Co in the future. One other thing that I noticed about this company was that they never gouged on coming back every year. I don't think one really needs a service every year. They told me that I’m good for another three years with this service which was good.

We're moving into a house where the past occupants had pets and might have been smokers. Air Duct did the work just as described on their website. The vents are cleaner and the house smells better.

THEY WORKED ME IN THEIR SCHEDULE RIGHT AWAY AND WERE ON TIME FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT. THEY COULD HAVE BEEN MORE CAREFUL WITH THEIR LARGE EQUIPMENT, BUT THEY DID NOT SEVERELY DAMAGE ANYTHING. THERE ARE NOT A LOT OF COMPANIES TO CHOOSE FROM IN THIS AREA.

THESE PEOPLE WERE EFFICIENT AND EXCELLENT IN THEIR WORK. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY CLEANED UP ALL OF THE AREA AROUND AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED. IT IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY.

THIS COMPANY DOES AVERAGE WORK. THEY DO NOTHING ABOVE THE STANDARD SERVICE. THEY ARE COURTEOUS, BUT THEY DON'T EXTEND THEMSELVES TO DO MORE THAN IS REQUIRED OF THEM.
