My wife and I had the recent opportunity to work with Kim Marshall and Link Hellmuth Realty. In summary, Kim is part of an experienced team of full time, professional realtors. My wife and I felt that 100% of the time, Kim and Link Hellmuth worked as a team focused solely toward the sale of our home. Kim and Link Hellmuth listens and communicates effectively. Additionally, Kim and Link Hellmuth utilizes its? experience from prior sales as a positive resource. Throughout the listing and sale processes, Kim and Link Hellmuth worked seamlessly to either list our home or were involved in viewings with their clients. Previously, we had our home listed with another agency for fourteen weeks, with minimal showings via that agency. We were pleasantly surprised by the exemplary teamwork exhibited by Kim and Link Hellmuth. As mentioned, we had experience with a prior agency. Here is the path we took to Kim and Link Hellmuth. In our realtor selection process, we contacted three previously recommended realty companies. Our first contact to each company was via a phone interview during which we made specific requests relative to the sale of our home. These requests included? 1. Would you be interested in listing our home after it has already been listed with a previous brokerage? 2. Will you visit our home and assess it, prior to your sales appraisal? 3. Upon conclusion of your visit, will you advise of any improvements that should be made? Also, if any items are suggested, please explain why and the return on investment. 4. What is your marketing strategy? In addition to the initial phone call, we also followed up with these same requests contained in an email and also within an invitation via our phone?s calendar. Kim Marshall was the realtor which responded, without prompting, to all four of our previously mentioned items. Here is a summary of the results? Question #1, all realtors responded with ?yes? Question #2, only Kim Marshall came without a prefabricated appraisal. The other realtors arrived with previously fabricated estimates. These estimations were solely based upon internet data and without seeing our home. Question #3, only Kim Marshall responded appropriately. Kim and her team then worked diligently, prior to our homes listing date, to ensure that our house was on the market promptly upon the start date. My wife and I were very happy to have three showings within the first week of our new listing. These three showings equaled our prior realtor?s count which occurred over a period of 14 weeks.
