I am so overwhelmed. Eko really beat my expectations. Matt and his team arrived at my pick-up point on time, packed and wrapped and transported. They were in touch with me all the way through the journey from pickup to destination. At the destination, Matt and his team executed their job with such diligence and professionalism. At the completion of the task, all was set in place satisfactorily. Man, these guys are a team team of experience, professional and caring guys. They actually treat your articles as if they were their own. And all through the work they kept smiling and keep a couteous, friendly and approachable countenance - ready to answer every question and do as you suggest. I wish these guys would handle all my moving needs if I have to move any time. I unreservedly recommend Eko Movers to all in Reynoldsburg, Columbus, Ohio and beyond! With Eko you pay the less for the best! I tried all and Eko topped them all. Even, my 13yrs old daughter could not resist the urge to do this review for Matt's team. As for my wife, if only it were possible, she wants us to move every week so we can keep calling this team. I have nothing but highest praise for all staff at Eko Movers. I originally was a bit skeptical hiring a Cincinnati-based company for a move from NY to NM but the result was more than convincing that I made the right decision. From the beginning the response was quick, always, and the staff very helpful with questions I had. I submitted a detailed inventory list and we agreed on a pickup on Monday with delivery by the dedicated truck on Saturday. The driver communicated in advance that he will be able to deliver one day ahead of time – a nice surprise! Absolutely nothing was damaged which is truly amazing, considering the distance travelled of approx. 2,100 miles! There also were two items of great concern: a 7-foot tall glass curio cabinet and an original artwork, under glass, approx. 5x4 ft. – Again, no damage, no scratches. Overall, this was a very positive moving experience! Thank you Eko Movers!

Unfortunately our moving experience with Eko Movers was less than great. In fact it has been down right terrible. We contacted Eko Movers to move us from our home into a temporary home in late April. At the last minute our temporary home wasn't gong to be ready. We paid Eko Movers one month of storage to hold our truck for the 1 week we would be in a hotel. Perfect! I was very concerned that one truck would not be enough for our large home, but was told not to worry they do this all the time. On the day of the move one truck was not even close to enough. They went back to get a second truck (smaller) and it still was not enough. I ended up needing to rent a uHaul to finish the move myself. At least we were moved out. Eight days later we pull up to our temporary home and the two trucks were different, huh I was under the impression they would hold our stuff in the truck. No problem. First item out, our cream colored couches (for which we provided couch covers) has large grease smear stains where it was obviously slide across a dirty truck or warehouse floor). Next the dining room table, scratches where it was slide across a floor. My son's bunk bed broken support leg. My daughter's dresser broken leg. So on and so on. In total 17 pieces of our furniture show signs of being pushed across the floor. Ok, these things happen. I followed their claims process, including taking pictures of each item, estimating the weight and researching purchase price. I was prepared to receive compensation by the pound ($0.60/lb). Using Eko's weight tool our damaged furniture totaled over 4300 lbs. After 90 days of forced communication on my part I get their restitution offer...$67.20. This will not even replace one of the dining chairs broken during the move. I know accidents can happen, but the clear signs of furniture being pushed along the floor is not an accident, it is negligence that is a very poor reflection on the company. Their handling of this entire experience only confirms that they do not care about your stuff and should be avoided at all costs.

They were very curtious and everything went smooth. Thankfully! Moving is the worst and they helped make it much easier.

Prior to our move I had a representative from EcoMovers come out to evaluate our place. Because we are on a tight budget, I wanted to make sure the time and price they had quoted me via our email discussion was correct. The representative assured me the original time/quote would be appropriate the amount of items we had to move. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. The movers took twice as long as was originally estimated, costing us significantly more than promised. The movers blamed it on our elevator and stairs, saying it slowed them down (despite my having shown the rep the elevator and stairs). In addition, the mover's truck battery died and we had to jump them in the middle of the move. The guys were very friendly, but didn't have a sense of urgency. Given my overall experience, I likely wouldn't recommend their services to others.

Things went very well. They arrived on time, worked steadily and completed the move quickly and with no damage. The employees were respectful to us and our possessions. I would highly recommend them and will use them again

The boys were very nice, arrived promptly & went to work immediately. It was not easy to get the furniture up the basement steps since some pieces of the bedroom set were heavy & oversized. They did a great job doing that. My only complaint was that they forgot to put the dresser mirror on, & they had a lot of trouble assembling the bed. When they left, I found a lot of screws that were not used. I had to have somebody else reassemble the bed. The mattress was about to collapse because it had been done incorrectly. Other than that, I think they did their moving work efficiently.

It was $2,500 for the packing and the moving, and they supplied all the boxes. We packed some stuff up beforehand, but they did about 75% of our packing. They were amazing. The price seemed about the same as what other people were charging. They were comparable with everyone else. They were super prompt and got there early. As far as reaching out to them, when I didn’t return an email because we were looking at our options; they may sure to call and email the make sure we had all the information we needed. It was not fun, but we wouldn’t have been able to do it without them.

There were 2 people and it took about 5 hours.

They gave me a quote via Thumbtack and were very responsive and clear in the quote. The moving crew arrived ON TIME, which is a first for a moving crew in my experience. Second bonus....they were all sober; another first for me and moving crews. They shrink wrapped my items, used tape where needed and hustled to get three floors of furniture into their truck in two hours. The managed to unload the truck in less than an hour (even with taking a quick lunch break). Nothing got broken or mishandled and the crew leader was extremely professional and polite. These guys were amazing and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

They’ve worked out very well. They are very responsive, their people are friendly and conscientious and Randy who manages is very quick to help out or send his people as soon as he can. So all and all it was a very positive experience and I will use them again. They listened and did what was asked and completed the job.

The movers did a great job and were very professional. I was quoted three hours by customer service but the job took around seven. I hired them based on the quote, but would have gone with another company that provided three movers as opposed to two for a slightly higher hourly rate to save on the total bill. I was happy with the service provided, but would hire another company in future moves for financial reasons.

It went well, movers were timely, courteous and performed move exactly as we had discussed, truck was clean & they took good care not to damage any time.

Very well. I spent the weekend in a pop up shop where unfortunately sales were a little disappointing (which is why I needed movers at the last minute). EKO accommodated me even though it was last minute and the guys were so encouraging about my business venture that it made me tear up a little. Would definitely hire EKO again and would request Cliff and Tim.

The team showed up ready to go supplies in hand and worked 6 hours starlight polite and clean.

The entire move was quick and easy! The movers were professional, responsible, and took great care of our belongings. They wrapped all of the furniture, taped up any lose items, and unwrapped everything plus setup the bed. These guys were fantastic! A great experience for sure.
