+ -1 moreI was amazed with the Workmanship and Talent to complete replacing my huge front Porch Columns with 6x6 treated wood covered with Cedar and stained with color of my choice. The trim was handcrafted at the base and under the rafters to create an elegant look. I highly recommend and quot;Ohio Home Doctor owner Matt Geddis in Springboro Ohio. to anyone to truly be satisfied .Their work is excellent and comes with Warranty.

+ -1 moreThey showed up on time. Matt provided options for correcting the problem and let us decide. We opted for theand quot;Proper, permanent fixand quot;. Once the job was underway, Matt said there was less damage than expected and lowered the price by $400.00. That was unheard of in my experience. The crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up properly at the close of each day. This is the second time I've used Ohio Home Doctor. I was delighted with the quality of both jobs and intend to have them back for a remodeling project.

+ -1 moreWe called Ohio Home Doctor to see if they could give us an estimate for putting an egress window in our basement, and they walked us through it on the phone. They didn't come out to the property but that was fine with us since we were looking for a rough ballpark. In addition to the estimate, though, he walked us through the process and also pointed out things we should ask other vendors to ensure we compare apples to apples and get it done the right way. Overall, very helpful and informative. If we proceed with the window, I will definitely be giving them a ring.
Description of Work: Ohio Home Doctor provided a quote for an egress window in my basement, along with a window well and necessary drainage.

+ 1 moreThe crew did an amazing job! The main team was around from start to finish, they were excited about the job, made great suggestions and really went above and beyond. Our home is over 100 years old. Nothing is square, everything is dusty and there are surprises everywhere. These guys tackled the job and were complete professionals. They suggested a skylight in the bathroom to make it feel more open. It was the perfect solution and we would never have thought to do it on our own. The skylight alone required some serious carpentry skills and it came out wonderfully. They had all the help they needed and were able to bring in plumbers, electricians, drywallers and painters on schedule as they needed them. They completed the whole job in two weeks. We've found one problem with a cabinet drawer in the kitchen. Matt has been very responsive and has suggested a solution we are happy with. Great contractor and crew! I feel like we've found someone we can rely on for any future repairs or remodeling work we'll need to do.
Description of Work: Ohio Home Doctor remodeled our kitchen, bathroom, added a 1/2 bath and updated our laundry room. In the kitchen they installed new cabinetry and countertops. They also reworked the plumbing under the sink and added a garbage disposal. A new peninsula was added and a dishwasher was installed in the peninsula. For the bathroom they tore out an old tub and surrounding tile. Since this was our only bathroom they worked quickly and had the new tub and surround installed and plumbing reworked so we could use it by the following day. The bathroom ceilings were uncomfortably low and Matt suggested that we try to raise them. They were able to pull out the old ceiling, install a skylight, and added about 9-10 inches to the ceiling height. Much better! They also added a wall and pocket door in the existing bathroom to separate the toilet from the rest of the bathroom for privacy. Next they removed a closet to give us the space we needed to add a half-bath. They added the plumbing needed for a second toilet and sink. Then they added walls and doors to finish the room. The laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen and bathroom. In order to open up the whole area, the crew removed a section of wall and installed folding doors to close off the laundry area from the kitchen.
