They are high quality people. I am a privileged customer. If I have any problems throughout the year they see me immediately. That is a part of my annual contract. I had an issue a couple of years ago and within twenty four hours of me calling, they were there.
Description of Work: I have used them for about seventeen years.

I couldn't have asked for more. It was a Sunday. I called Joe at noon, he knew what the problem was from my description over the phone, and he had me contact one of his employees who lived within blocks of my home. That serviceman came quickly within an hour and removed the broken igniter and took it back to their office. He returned within another hour and told me that it would be later that night as the specific part I needed was in the truck of another serviceman. They were happy to do that, but we told them to just come back in the morning to make it easier on everyone (but he still would have had the serviceman come back at 11pm if we wanted it that way for the same price quoted). However, right when we were talking, the other serviceman came walking up the steps with the part and it was installed and the heater was working within 10 minutes. So, our heater was working again within 2 1/2 hours of my first call to Joe. You can't ask for better. He charged $50 for the labor and $45 for the part (including tax). That was outstanding considering it was a Sunday and we paid less in total than it would have cost for most other companies to just even come out and look at the problem on a weekday, much less on a weekend. In the past, I had been told that my A/C needed a new compressor at a cost of $2500. He was recommended to us and I had him come out. He quoted me a price of $1000 for the same work, but then quickly realized that the only problem was that the A/C was overcharged with freon. The compressor didn't need any work at all. It cost less than $75 for that visit. He is honest and the servicemen he works with, although casual, are honest and will tell you if it is something they are not comfortable in working with (because, as I mentioned, mobile home servicing can be much different for systems such as HVAC). He is very prompt and tells it like it is. I wish I would have known about him years ago.
Description of Work: Replaced an igniter on a gas furnace. This was a job in a mobile home, and as some may know, many things about mobile homes vary from a standard home. They had the part in stock
