Description of Work: I was having problems with my computer. They asked me to bring my modem out, which I did but I hadn't realized they were located so far away. They said it would be several days before I would get it back. The next day they said it was ready. The gentleman who called me, Mark, lived near me and I told him that I didn't know how to hook up computers. I asked him if he would come out and hook the computer up for me and I would pay him for it. He brought it out and hooked it up. He finally got it working and I paid him $25 and he said it's just between me and him. Two days later it wasn't working again so I called Mark up. He said he'd come over and take a look at it; he was able to get it working and I paid him $25 again. Then it stopped working again so I called up John and told him everything. John said that Mark, who had come out, was not a technician. I asked for my money back and he said no, that he has no authority of what Mark did as he's just an employee. He did say if I brought it in again they'd fix it, but as it was farther away I just let it go and I went in myself and figured out how to do it with my daughter's assistance.

Their prices were definitely low. It was great. I took the computer in and told them what the problem was. I was told the RAM was low and needed to be upgraded. The guy opened up the computer right there on the counter. He got on the internet to find out what RAM he could use to upgrade it. Pulled it out of the cabinet and stuck them in. All with in 20 to 30 minute time period. He did not charge me any labor. I did not have to pay any service charges or labor. I did not need to leave the computer. The computer is for business, so it was important that I get it back. He just did everything right there with out question. He did not try to run the bill up or, say give me a couple of days. He just opened it up right there on the counter and took care of it. Pricing was excellent.
Description of Work: I used Dalco Electronics for computer repair. They upgraded the RAM.
