A-1 Concrete Leveling

While concrete slabs were successfully raised, I did not like the slurry mess from the pump truck left behind on my driveway

I tried on three occasions (Oct 27, Feb 2, Feb 19) to get a quote for leveling my driveway and porch steps, and haven't received any response. I can't comment on quality of work - just responsiveness. But if I can't get a response for a quote, naturally it makes me question what would happen if there were a problem with the work performed.

They, drilled holes in the floor, filled with quick acting concrete which leveled the entire addition, and cleaned up. The estimate was what was charged. The entire process took about 2 hours and we could use the room that evening. The workers were polite.

Called and emailed three times. He called back a week later and asked for pictures of the problem areas. He never called back. Poor customer service

We called them and they came in a day looked at the job but we decided not to go ahead with it.

The indivudals at A-1 Concrete were very helpful and responsive. My husband and I had a difficult time getting information from the contractor and were unsure whe A-1 would be able to perform the work. When I called their company directly they were quick to get back in touch with me and work out a time to come complete the work that fit into our schedule. My only complaint would be cleanliness. The team left a mess both inside (with figer prints, footprints and concerte smudges on floors and the front door) and outside (by cleaning their tools in my driveway) my home. While we were able to remove the concrete resisdue from surfaces, it was difficult to remove and was time consuming when we did not have much time to deal with the additional effort on our end.

The sidewalk in front of house had become uneven from an old tree we had removed a few years ago. The driveway was also cracked and crumbling from the weather over the years. We called several companies to give us an estimate but A-1 Concrete Leveling heard what we wanted done and followed through with the job in no time. There are now no more cracks or no unleveled sidewalks. We couldn't be happier. Their men were on time, professional and got right to work. They had it finished in about a days time. These guys are great!

THEY DID NOT RAISE IT AS HIGH AS I THOUGHT THEY SHOULD OF AND NOW IT IS SINKING AGAIN. THEY SAID IT WAS BECAUSE OF WATER RUNOFF, BUT IT SEEMS THEY DID NOT DO THE JOB THEY COULD OF DONE.

A-1 CONCRETE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO, THE SERVICES COST WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD COST, AND THEY WERE THERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE.
