+ -1 moreWent great! Terry showed up when he said he would, was efficient and effective - that is, what he did worked! Turns out his diagnosis was not a blocked stack, but rather a partially blocked "jet hole"...yes, it's quite alarming when you're told you have a partially blocked jet hole, but he fixed it! He checked the other toilets in the house and determined a couple of them weren't filling to the proper levels and fixed those, too. Now everything is flushing great!
Description of Work: (Actually, the name of this firm is Arnold'S Sewer Services) We had a "burping" toilet. We called our usual plumber, they said it sounded like a vent stack blockage, which they don't deal with. They referred us to Arnold's Sewer Service.

+ -1 moreBought our 1953 ranch home in July. The past owner had used this company to clean out the drain in the past. We were doing laundry in the basement, and suddenly the basement floor drain stopped up and began to spread across the floor. It was Sunday before a blizzard was about to hit and we suddenly couldn't use our plumbing anymore. We called Arnold and they had someone out within the hour who took care of the problem right away. Technician was polite, careful, and clean. The company only charged us $40 extra to come out on a Sunday.

+ -1 moreI had called some plumbers and they were not able to find the problem. However, when I called Arnold Sewer they were able to diagnose the problem right away. They showed up right away. They did an excellent job in repairing it and did not overcharge me.
