These folks are very responsive and even did the work the same day they came out to assess. Timmy was very knowledgeable and straightforward with regard to issues or potential issues. They did what was needed and didn't try to sell us on anything else.

Had some minor storm damage from the high winds on March 8, 2017 and filled out the Home Advisor quote request. Before my printer had finished printing the quote, Mark's office was on the phone to me. They came out the same day and had the problem fixed immediately. I'm sure I can find more projects for them to do. Very pleased.

The men that arrived where very friendly and very professional. They all did the job VERY FAST. I will hire them again when I need any work done in the future. Thanks guys.

Mr. Lambert showed up on the time we scheduled. Looked at the problem with the roof of my shed, told me what was wrong, how he could fix and how much it would cost. He had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. He was very helpful and did a good job.

Ilike it they came when they said even thou it was raining on and off great comp.would have them come back if needed.

Mark and his sons returned my Home Advisor request within an hour on a Saturday. They came out the same day to inspect & quote. On Monday, they finished the work. They also did a couple of extra things I needed to have done. Extremely good customer service! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They're very dependable, efficient and polite. Great experience.

As this was a job in need of quick repair for safety issues..Mark was able to address situation promptly and professionally. Work area was cleared of all debris at completion of job. Currently awaiting replacement of steps but to my amazement when steps installed it was terrible and a definite accident waiting to happen. Steps installed 9-21-16 called many times and met with Mark once..he said he'd be there next week. IT'S 11-10-16 and NO RETURN TO MAKE CORRECTIONS. I have called another contractor to correct this matter. I paid a high price for rapid repair of deck surface which was promptly done 8-31-16 but six weeks from installation of steps to now and still unable to use steps. Definitely would double check pricing as I didn't as I was in hurry to repair deck and certainly overpaid for overall job. My fault....

They arrived just same day and time they were supposed to. The work came out perfect, and the cost was very nice.

They were not prompt 3 months late. They quit the job after they got $5000.00 from us. I have pictures to share of the shoddy work and how they left in the middle of the job. I do not know how they got these ratings. Wrong materials, wrong nails, wrong tools. Wrong, wrong, wrong!!! Left the place in a shambles. Had two contractors over to see if they could fix it. Both of them old us it has to be torn down and redone because of the job they did. Now I have to pay out more money to have it fixed. Please do not hire them.
