Told them about a roofing issue on Friday, job was completed by Sunday morning. Price was very reasonable, so much so that we had them do our garage roof as well. Workers were friendly and seemed knowledgeable, as well as helpful and willing to go the extra mile. They will definitely be our go to company for any needs we have.

Mark Lambert did an excellent job. They were very timely and I called them out to repair a specific location on the side of the house. They also noticed a problem on the rear of the house that I did not notice and repaired it at no additional charge. Would highly recommend them.

Mark and his team were very quick to respond! No job to big or small. Kept his word, came out the next day, gave me an estimate, then repairs were made the day after that! It doesn't get any easier or better than that! This is the way it is supposed to happen! I wish other contractors would follow suit! Thanks Mark!

Mark contacted me immediately after my inquiry. He was here the next morning. He located the leaks that had caused damage so I hired him to repair the roof, then asked him to return to take care of other jobs needing attention. I am happy to find Mark as he's does most other repair jobs needed.

I hired them, the ridge vent was missing nails and was coming up, the nails around the vent pipe for the plumbing was rusted out so they remained it and sealed all the nails heads and sealed around the vents. They fast they were here in the time frame they promised. I highly recommend them.

Mark responded quickly to my request on a weekend! He even apologized for bothering us on a Sunday. We needed a light repair due to the windstorm that hit Twinsburg and Mark took care of the job in an efficient and prompt manner. All I need to say is: "Use this guy! You won't be disappointed,"

The owner, Mark, responded quickly and was on site periodically throughout the whole process to ensure the job was being completed properly and that I was satisfied. He ensured and helped to clean up the project and made sure all trash and discarded material was removed from the location. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, and we're very conscientious about entering my home and not tracking in a mess. Very happy with the work.

I was happy at how quickly they responded and arrived at my home to do the roof repair. I thought that it was a little expensive, but have not recently done any roof repairs. The review isn't really complete yet because it was a roof repair and it has not rained since the repair was made, so I'm not sure yet that I'm leak free. Update - I lowered my rating because it has recently rained and the roof leaks just as bad as it did before the repair. I'm going to contact them today and see if they will return to do it right. If they do, I'll revise my review. Update - contacted them several times to get them to come back out and never heard back from them. Stay away from these guys! I see that Lambert's responded to my comment. You have not called me or emailed me, if you did I'd gladly have you out to make repairs (no additional charge). Very prompt, courteous and professional. They kept me updated throughout the job when I couldn't be right there. Everything was cleaned up when they left.
