Friendly, professional, and did quality work above and beyond. Moved the furniture, placed sliders I had bought under the furniture when they replaced it. Cleanup was exceptional. They were patient and answered all my questions. I have 4 dogs and they were very astute so they would not get out while they were going and out. I have a huge refrigerator, so when laminate went in the kitchen, the lower edge of the cabinet had to be cut.(the lip below the shelf). They removed the section, cut and replaced. You would never know it was cut. I had another estimate and Spaulding's was $2,000 less and included more sq. footage. You can't go wrong with these guys. I have two more rooms to do to complete the house instead of half the house.
