LOWE'S

I was not very pleased with it. They did not install it the way it was supposed to be installed. The leader was very unprofessional. I would not recommend them. They came up with a solution to our situation. We have animals that are small animals and we told them we wanted no gap at the bottom. That means the fence would not have been perfectly even at the top. There was gap. My 15 years old cat crawled underneath it. So they came back and put wood at the bottom which one of them has already fallen off so I'm going to have to put it back on. I would never recommend that Lowe's. It was on the contract and they did not want to do it. They did not want to fix it. It doesn't look bad. But they put them up with cheap staples. I'm going to have to go to the local store to get some kind of nails and do it myself. I just got to the point where I was sick of dealing with them. It was frustrating. You spend that much money on something to protect your animals and they don't do what they're supposed to do. I think what they do is they hire college students to do these. They do not hire any professionals because they don't pay them enough. It's really something they shouldn't be doing.

Installed fencing to my specifications. Work was completed in two days. We received several damaged panels. New ones were ordered immediately. Contractor went ahead and installed damaged panels so I could use my fence immediately for my dogs. New panels were received within two weeks and installed. Damaged panels were removed. Contractors were very professional and pleasant.

Technician Jarred arrived promptly, correctly diagnosed the problem and told us he would have to order the new cartridge for our Jenn-Aire cooktop. One week later, the parts had come in and he came back to install. I was particularly impressed with Jarred's professionalism and care. He was careful to clean up after himself and did all work to an exceptional degree of professionalism. His actual employer is Pro-TV in Elkins, WV and was referred to us by Lowe's. All work was done in a superior way, and the tech was most polite. I was most favorably impressed! Full marks, all around.

They came right in and did a good job. They were good about watching for our dogs and they made sure the gate stayed closed to avoid letting the dogs out. Working with them was quick and easy. They did a great job. They did not impress me enough to amaze me, but I would definitely call them again. The guys were polite. They left the leftover wood from the fencing so we could use it for our firepit, by our request. They took all the old wiring and fence down and hauled it all off for us, which was nice.

It was fine. Everything worked out well. The price was good. It was on sale. The price was as good as on the internet.

I am happy with their service. I have used them a lot and I will continue to use them.

Scott showed up on time and installed all the windows which look beautiful. He cleaned up all dust and mess afterward. He was friendly and professional. We were very pleased with it and the house looks beautiful. Lowe's called and checked to make sure everything went well and we were happy with the windows and the installation.
