Delivered the items noted. When they unboxed the range, it was damaged. They took it back. I called a day later and they said they had another one and would deliver it the next day. The next morning they called at 7am and said they would be there in 15 min. At 9am they called and said it would be there between 1030am and 230pm. At 1pm they called and said the range was damaged and they would have to order another one. A week later i called to check status. They said they just found one in inventory. The guy said he unboxed it to inspect it and it looked good. The next day they delivered it. It took my wife 40 minutes to clean off the accumulated dust. The item had a credit card application attached to it. My conclusion is that it was the floor model and not a new range. When they installed my refrigerator, they unboxed it in the street. They must have rolled it on the street and damaged on of the wheels on the front. After they left, my wife noticed the hardwood floors were scratched. I took off the front panel and saw the front wheel was dented/scratched. When they pushed it back into place, it damaged the floor. i called Lowes and the lady said i had to take up the issue with Whirlpool. I told her i have only had this refrig for 5 minutes and now it is my responsibility to get it fixed? Yes was her answer. Customer service absolutely the worse (especially after paying $4000).
Description of Work: Bought refrigerator, range, microwave

1. Purchased Windows from Lowes in South Lebanon Ohio in October 2015. Paid $3180 for Pella windows for three Openings in first floor office,(one opening - 2 windows) dining room (one opening - two windows) and family room (one opening - two windows). 2. Windows were installed December 22, 2015. The installer, Mr. Curry of Tsalm Windows, noted window sizes were not as he had ordered and further noted in writing that "The style of the Dining Room window is different than the other two". Windows were installed nonetheless 3. Contacted Lowes installation Manager, Chad Decker, (513.445.1000) on or about December 23 and expressed unhappiness with window installation. NOTE: we have picture of different window styles in front of house (Picture luxury car with different hubcaps on driver side of car) as well as picture showing sizable gap between top of window and window opening. Decker after visiting our home offered $300.00. Offer was rejected. Decker then said the stores hands were tied and he would send our concerns to Lowes Claims in North Carolina - CLAIM NO. 30165144724001 4. On January 12 I finally spoke with Marcus Walters, sr claims representative at Lowes (704.758.3138). . Mr Walters offered $500.00 and a Lowes gift card. Offer was accepted pending review of the Lowes release. 5. On Jan 12 and (again on January 19 as I had not heard from Mr Walters) I sent Mr. Walters an email formally rejecting his offer as release covered all Lowes parties including the installer. I counter offered $1000.00 to settle the matter. 8.On Jan 20 I called Lowes Customer Care as I had not heard anything back from Marcus Walters (Rude not to respond). Customer Care indicated they would forward the matter to the Lowes Escalation Department and someone would get back to me by Friday Jan 22 9. As of COB January 26 we have not heard from the escalation department or from anyone else at Lowes. 10. HELP.

Everything was good. They were the Rippe Brothers. Lowes had hired them to do the service. They were good.
