The Nature's Beauty Tree Service crew arrived the day after I accepted the estimate with several vehicles, heavy equipment, and tools. They got to work immediately, removing the fallen tree and trimming limbs of other trees that overhung our roof. Their staff was courteous and answered my questions while onsite. They were done in less than 30 minutes. I will consider them for future projects.

I called Nature's Beauty for an estimate to remove a large, old Mulberry tree that had fallen onto the back of the house. NB arrived to give estimate on the same day I called. I hired NB to do the work because their price was very reasonable for the size of the tree and the amount of work it would take to cut and lift the tree from the home. The crew was very careful with overhead utility wires and maneuvering their heavy equipment into the backyard. NB cleared all loose branches and left the yard clean. The crew worked well together and observed the necessary safety precautions. Great job Nature's Beauty!

Seth's team did a phenomenal job removing a tree, grinding stump in front yard, and trimming 6 oak trees in backyard that isn't accessible to standard tree service equipment using innovative robotic technology. His team was courteous and very respectful of the neighbors and my property.

It was great. Seth came over and gave a sensible, informed assessment of what we should do, and suggestions for things I hadn't thought of - like raising the overall tree canopy instead of chopping down the trees. Nature’s Beauty was efficient and well priced for the removal of our dying oak tree. They were easy to work and communicate with, and the crew cleaned up the yard very thoroughly. I didn't think and planted some grass from sod right by where the work was to be done (after I had already scheduled the work). However, the crew put down some big plywood sheets over the area and managed to do virtually no damage to the grass, despite a medium-sized tree being felled right onto it. Well done!

First I'll give the positives because I always want to start off with what was done right. The company was very responsive to my phone calls they got out within 2 weeks to provide estimate the guy stuff that came out to do the estimate was very professional and pleasant. Where it gets a little tricky for me is the people that came out to do the work tore up pockets of my grass as they were removing the bigger bush from the long and dragging it out onto their machine and they also broke the handle off of my barbecue grill which in and of itself is not a big deal because it's not like it was expensive but I would have preferred that they would have notified me instead of just picking it up and placing it back in its location as if nothing had happened. They still need to come and remove the stump so I will see how that goes.

Very well. They were thorough, did exactly what we had discussed, and cleaned up all the debris. They were also patient when I had to postpone the work for a couple of months.

I started to worry about my trees when we were having all those heavy winds and heavy rains here in the Cleveland area, and I started noticing a lot of trees falling down so I started looking for tree services. After calling a few places that were either ridiculously priced (which I felt they were attempting to take advantage of the need) or never returned my phone call to even give me an estimate. I got in touch with nature’s beauty who are nothing short of spectacular from start to finish. From calling their office and setting up an estimate to the actual estimate to the actual service there was zero guess work on my part. On the day of the service they arrived at noon and I figured leave the house let them do their thing and I had to double back because I forgot something and within that short time of me being gone for 90 minutes they had already cut down and removed and cleaned up three trees. They were fast efficient and those are things I appreciate. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree services! Now I get to enjoy my new found space with my backyard being clear and enjoy the night sky from my back porch/patio.
