Seth and his team were terrific. I couldn't have asked for more in terms of responsiveness. Seth called me right back, came out to give an estimate and was able to remove the tree in the front the very same day! The rest of the work was completed the following week. The team was professional and left the area neat and clean.

Call for estimate, placed and order for service. Next available weather permited day the work was done. Vendor was paid. This was done while I was in NY/NJ area at the time.

I would highly recommend this company. I received various quotes for the work I needed done and in the end Nature's Beauty was the easy choice.Their prices were fair and all of the employees were very friendly. They quickly provided proof of insurance (workers comp and liability for property and auto) to ease my mind about the work being performed. They came out when they promised and completed the dangerous job without causing any damage. I would use them again and would highly recommend them for anyone in the Cleveland area!

After contacting Seth on Wednesday by phone Seth stated " I have a job down on Lee and Superior and I will stop by your house after that job and give you an estimate. If the price is right do you want us to go ahead with the job?" I told Seth "absolutely just give me a call so that I will know the price". I did not receive a call at all on Wednesday as Seth had promised and no one came by my house. I normally would not call a company back again after they fail to keep their word. However, everyone is busy and deserves a second chance. I called Seth Thursday morning. Seth explain why he did not show up for the job. He said "We were rained out that day." I asked if he could come by and take look at the job and then I proceeded to give Seth my phone number and address again. However, Seth cut me off politely to say "Oh I have your information here in my phone. I will come by today and then call you." I have never heard back from Seth or anyone else from his company. Nor do I want to hear back at this point. I prefer to do business with companies that keep their word and followup.

Nature's Beauty did a fantastic job; they were very professional and worked quickly; they were done in less than an hour! I would definitely recommend them, and I will be rehiring them come summer.

Seth was excellent to work with! He provided multiple quotes, all timely and extremely competitive. His crew was considerate and conscientious with clean up. The trees suffered a lot of limb damage and they trimmed all of the branches affected. I couldnt be happier-I even bought them pizzas when the job took longer than expected - so sorry they arrived after his crew left... Thanks Seth!

Everything went great. It was very easy to work with Seth. He was very prompt in getting me a quote and performing the services. All of my trees look great and I'm looking forward to enjoying them in Spring/Summer. This was the third company I contacted and wish I would have called him first. Next time I need tree services I'm calling Seth first.

Response time and professionalism were top notch. When we had serious storms in the neighborhood that brought a ton of trees and limbs down, Seth came out within a few hours of being reached to look at the situation and provide a quote. The work was done a few days later (which was even a couple days before the expected day). Work was top notch, cost was exactly what the estimate was. Will use again in the future

I called four different tree companies in the aftermath of a snowstorm that caused widespread damage. Nature's Beauty was the only company that could come that day. Seth was professional and the company did the work immediately after I agreed to the estimate. I was very pleased that Nature's Beauty has a smaller sized truck with basket for doing high work so that I didn't need to worry about the size or weight affecting the driveway. And yes, they also have a very large one for jobs that require it. Seth kindly trimmed some dead branches from over my neighbor's property. She asked them for an estimate to have branches cleared from above her roof and that work was also completed immediately. I felt their price was very good. The price charged to my neighbor was lower than an estimate she had received from another company.

Seth and his crew worked very efficiently and neatly to cut up the tree limbs, leaves and all, and the trunk. Equally important to us, they cleaned up the mess in a very short time, and left our front yard almost as good as new. His crew returned the next day with the stump remover, and we now have a place prepared for a new tree. His professionalism, reasonable cost and speed impressed us very much. We would definitely use Nature's Beauty again.

I received three estimates from Angies list. Though the estimates were comparable, I chose Seth because of his great reviews, and his company was located in the same city in which I reside. Seth responsed to my request for an estimate the same day. They began the work on the agreed upon date. The project took several days to complete. The silver maple was massive with roots that span over a large part of the yard. When the stump grinding began, a beehive was decovered, so the work was halted. Seth connected us with an exterminator to remove the hive. The work resumed and not only were the stumps removed, but all the extending roots. The area was tilled, regraded and reseeded. My greatest fear was that I would be able to tell that a tree once resided on that spot. But that's not so. Seth and his team did an excellent job restoring the area. The grass has started to grow back, the land is level and you'd never know a tree was on that spot; the landscaping was amazing! I would definitely hire this company again and I am considering hiring the landscaping arm of the business for additional work in the spring.

They were at my neighbors doing some work. When asked for an estimate , the said they could do it that day and they did. They were most efficient and professional.

Seth was very prompt, came out to estimate, recommended some additional work, and gave me a quote on the spot. The work was performed within a week of giving him the go ahead. I would definitely use them again.

Seth removed three dying or dead trees from and yard. He and his crew were prompt and neat. He is so personable and gives solid advice about what should and shouldn't be done with trees. I liked him and his work so much that I hired his partner Gabriel to trim my bushes and handle my landscaping and lawn needs. These guys are a pleasure to work with and a great find.

We had 3 stumps that needed removed. They were prompt and efficient. We did notice when we were grading the following week there was a small piece left. We had to chop it out. Over all very pleased with the work and clean up, just check it when they are finished.

It was a little frustrating at first but at the end they finally resolved all the issues. We have talked to them and they sent me a quote and I was doing a long distance for my mother. I gave them her phone number to set up an appointment and the next day they were working in the yard working before we even set up a time, so she had to cancel some other contractors because she hadn’t planned on them showing up. We had to get after them to clean up the mess afterwards and there was an additional charge to do that and they hadn’t told us about. In the end they cleaned up everything up and finished the job satisfactorily. They were on the expensive side. They showed up before they were supposed to.

It went well. He came on time with a crew of 4 men and lot of large equipment. The trees were trimmed very quickly to our liking. The debris was hauled away.

They did an amazing job at tree damage removal and also stacked the wood in my backyard at my request!

WE CALLED SETH AFTER OUR FAVORITE TREE DIED DURING THE WINTER. HE CAME THE SAME DAY AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE AND TIME TO PULL THE MONEY TOGETHER. HIS CREW CAME TWO DAYS LATER, TRIMMED THE LIMBS, CUT DOWN THE TREE,AND CLEANED UP THE AFTERMATH. THE TREE WAS LOCATED BETWEEN TWO BUILDINGS AND VERY CLOSE TO ELECTRICAL WIRES. WE COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE. .

It went well,they were very personable and respectful. The crew worked well together and were quick.. They had the necessary equipment to complete the job. They listened and performed the service I requested. A good clean up of the area was completed before they left.

Everything went great and he's already completed another project for us. With over 100 trees on our Euclid home site, we'll be using Seth's company again.

NBT called to ask if they could start a day earlier the crew had just complete another job in the neighborhood, I agreed but due to rain storm the crew was unable to complete the trimming of the trees on Thursday, nevertheless the crew showed up on Friday and completed the tree service (trimming) and clean up before I returned home from work. I was very please with the service, I would recommend and rehire Natural Beauty Tree Service. Great Job NBT!

Seth gave us an estimate that was very good. He was able to wait for the timing to be appropriate and despite a few short weather delays completed the job without any issues. The tree was dangerously rotted out and it clearly could have been very bad.

They Came out for an estimate, I confirmed we wanted the service, and they got right to it in the following few days! They were great!

Seth responded to our request for a bid in a very punctual and professional matter. We chose another contractor based on the final estimate.
