AWESOME! A pluses across the board! Extraordinarily great customer service! The high winds of the past several days were causing the branches of one of our decorative trees to beat and rub on our house potentially causing damage and keeping us awake at night. I called Natures Beauty Tree Service at 2:09 PM ON 10/29/2015 and left a message on their answering machine. This morning (10/30/2015) at approximately 11:45 I received a call back from Seth of Natures Beauty (he was actually on vacation and yet called!). I explained the situation and our concern about the damage that could be occurring to our house. At about 12:30 (10/30/2015) a representative from Natures Beauty Tree Service arrived to review and discuss the work that needed to be done. Shortly thereafter Seth called with the estimate, I agreed and asked for the work to be done. THE 4 MAN CREW ARRIVED AT 3:30 PM THAT SAME DAY!!! I was amazed at such expediency. I spoke briefly with the members of the crew...gentlemen each and every one. The crew finished the job in about an hour or so. The clean up was immaculate. They blew all the sawdust and chips out of our yard and driveway. This is worth repeating: Seth was on vacation, returned my call and arranged the work to be completed on the same day he returned my call. I just cannot say enough good about Seth, and the gentlemen working at Natures Beauty Tree Service.

Found and contacted Nature's Beauty Tree Service, here, through Angie's List. This property has been a rental property that I own and it is located 2 and 1/2 hours from my home! When I travel over to Cleveland Heights, I try to pack as much productivity into a short period of time as possible. Seth came out on Monday October 26th keeping in touch with me as we coordinated a time we could both arrive at the property. I was worried, very worried about the cost of all that needed to be done! Seth worked with me and was able to "trim" trees rather than remove them! His crew and equipment all showed up on Tuesday the 27th and all the work was completed before 11:00 AM! I really wish I'd taken before and after pictures! Very impressive work! My contacts are limited in Cleveland Heights...but those friends and family that I have that direction will be hearing about Seth and his crew. Nothing could have been better about the service they provide. I look forward to working with them in the future! My son's house needs their TLC! And I heard something about building furniture? Will follow this companies progress!

Fast turnaround. They did the job the day after I got the quote. They did tree removals and did a good job and cleaned up after. I would highly recommend.

Seth and his team had a very difficult task removing 3 dead Ash tress from our back yard. The space was tight and the were electric wires and a transformer close by. They did a GREAT job! Thanks again Seth!

The owner, Seth, was very responsive to my request for an estimate. He visited the property and emailed the estimate within one day. The work was completed within a day or two of providing him authorization to perform the work. The tree removal and grinding was performed with great attention to a full and complete job. The yard was left spotless when they were done. We were very satisfied with the entire process from start to finish. We highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Seth came and provided an estimate on 10/7/2015 and he came the next day 10/8/2015 with his crew and completed all the work promptly and professionally. I appreciated being able to have the service performed so quickly and smoothly.

Right from the start Nature's Beauty was a dream to work with. I got a very quick response from my email requesting an estimate. Seth was very professional. He called right after he left my property and explained all the details of what was needed and I had a written estimate within a day. Nature's Beauty was very accommodating to our needs. I live out of state and our home is now a rental property that we maintain ourselves. I was so happy that the task of getting an estimate and work done was so simple. I have a lot of experience with maintenance in our area being difficult to schedule, perform and even to get a response from the service provider. This is not the case with Nature's Beauty! I would recommend them to any friend or family member. I am very happy with their work and the follow up transactions of payment etc. Thank you Seth! You were so nice to work with! These guys are the best. Total professionals. Came in the evening when convenient for me to give a quote. It took me a while to get back to them with some questions, but they responded promptly. Once I decided to do the work they had me scheduled within a couple of days. They showed up with three trucks of equipment and four guys, two did the trimming in the back and two cut down the tree in the front and fed it to the wood chipper machine. They did extra work on the back tree beyond what was quoted to reduce the sap from the pine, and did not ask for extra. They cleaned up all the debris and used leaf blowers for small pieces. They were done within about 45 minutes, and another truck came later to grind the stump. He finished so quickly I didn't even notice he came. thew stump was ground up in the ground, so it did not leave a hole, and I am now able to plant a new tree. Nice, quick, super professional.

Seth quoted, and showed up quickly the next day with a cherry picker and multiple trucks. Removed deadwood and trimmed back a large tree exactly as we discussed. The whole job was done in two hours, and he land his crew of four or five left the place spotless. I would highly recommend this tree service.....

The man who gave us our estimate was prompt and very courteous. The crew was forty five minuteds late but bothered to call to let us know. The crew was fast, taking out a very difficult tree in under three hours. When the crew laft they left my yard cleaner than it was before they arrived. They were very courteous and did not use any rough language around my children. They were happy to let my children watch and let us know the safest place to watch them work.

Seth, the owner and main "surgeon" on tree trimming was very thorough and professional in giving me an honest appraisal of what work needed to be done. This was an extremely tricky job because of the close proximity of my Oak tree to my neighbor and electrical lines that were in the way. I was very concerned about branches landing on my roof, as a previous company on a earlier job just let branches fall, and ended up doing damage to my slate roof. I had more than a couple of dead branch "widow makers" on this huge oak and I was fearful it might fall and injure or kill someone. On the day of the job, Seth had 7 men and several specialized trucks, They were all very professional and took their work seriously. Not as much as a leaf fell onto either home. I was amazed at the skills used in handling this project. In addition, I felt the price to be very fair for this kind of work. You really have to know what you are doing, or the results could be disastrous. Needless to say, I would never hesitate in using them again.

Seth was very prompt in his response to my request for an estimate. I was impressed and appreciative of Seth's knowledge of and interest in the health of the trees and his holistic approach to tree landscaping. He made suggestions, most of which I had already considered--it was nice to be on the same page. He also took time to educate me on what needed to be done and why. Though Nature's Beauty did not provide the lowest quote, we went with them because of this holistic approach and we were not disappointed. The work was delayed a bit due to heavy rains, but when they did come out most of the work was done within a few hours. They did return a couple of days later to finish up a couple small tasks. The crew clearly knew their business and got right to it. It was clear that they enjoyed their work and seemed to enjoy working for this company. It should be noted that because of the expert climbing abilities of the crew and special equipment they own, Nature's Beauty was able to do all their work from in the confines of our own property--they did not need to enter neighbor's yards. The other companies we talked to said they would need to go onto the neighbors yards and driveways to complete the work. Seth worked with us throughout the process and was able and happy to make adjustments as needed. I would definitely use Nature's Beauty again.

I contacted Seth in June to get an estimate for cutting down and removing a large dead maple tree in my backyard. Seth came the following day and was polite, professional and a personality. Seth gave me an estimate (I had already gotten 3) and after speaking with him decided to go with his company. We agreed on a day to cut the tree down but the rainy weather did not permit him to do the job until July. Seth kept in contact with me and explained that since a crane would be needed since the tree was so large the ground would need to be firm. Once the weather permitted, Seth was at my home with a crew of 8. The gentlemen worked the entire day only taking a break for lunch. The were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. The tree came down in one day and it took a few days after that to get the stump removed and shavings taken away. It was a pleasure working with a young professional who takes great pride in his work. I would recommend this company. Thanks for a great job Seth. We needed a Hawthorne tree removed as it was growing over our fence and into our neighbors yard, and became intertwined with her wires. Not to mention, I hated the tree because it had long thorns that were very dangerous. Called Seth for an estimate and he came out the next day. The price was very reasonable, so we decided to go with Natures Beauty. We do not regret our decision. Seth said he would give us a call either Sunday or Monday to let us know what day he would come out to remove our tree. He called as promised Monday morning and said his crew could be at our house that same day between 9:30-10am. His crew arrived by 9:45 and everything was done by 11am. His crew did an amazing job! Everything was removed and they left area clean. I would highly recommend this company!

He would commit to a written estimate for the work, only a verbal estimated. He is also not listed in the phone book in the white pages or yellow pages.

We had two large tree limbs fall off of a large tree in front of our house on a Saturday morning. We contacted Nature's Beauty Tree Service and, within 30 minutes, they were out at our house. They worked very quickly and systematically took down, not only the limbs we had called them about initially, but others that we saw and asked them to remove. They were very professional, very skilled, and the work was done at a very reasonable price. Our neighbors were watching the work being done and were impressed also (we gave them the company's name and phone number too). Would recommend this company to anyone who needs tree service done.

It went great. The driveway feels a lot more open and the trees are not over our house anymore.

Well, first let me say, we are extremely pleased with the outcome...!! My husband and I had been looking for a contractor to trim our big tree in the back yard and the tall evergreen in the front. So, after several inquiries with other tree contractors as well as broken promises, we were a little skeptical. You hear all the time about seniors being taken advantage of by contractors. However, last week Seth Harrison, owner of Nature's Beauty Tree Service, restored my faith, at least in his company. After finishing my walk around the block, I noticed a tree company across the street from my house. Our new neighbors, who moved in last week, had hired a contractor to take down a tree on their front lawn. After watching the men work, I got a sense of professionalism from the crew. They took down the tree, grinded the stump and cleaned up after themselves.This company knows how to work well together with precision and accuracy. So, I took out my iPhone and took a picture of their truck to capture the telephone number because this was a contractor I wanted to follow-up with. The Ad on the truck stated, they give "Free Estimates" which caught my eye. After the photo, I asked one of the men if I had to call the number on the truck in order to get a free estimate. The gentleman said "You can ask the Boss now because he's here." Within a few minutes, the Boss, Seth Harrison, came over to speak with me. He was so professional and respectful. I shared with him that the other tree companies said their trucks couldn't maneuver my driveway because of the shape and size. Immediately, he put my mind at ease. He told me that he has a smaller truck that would fit perfectly in narrow driveways and for me not to worry! After he listened to what I wanted done, he made several suggestions on trimming both trees. I liked his suggestions better because it gave me more bang for the buck. His advice was absolutely the best! Now, my backyard looks bigger and shows more light. The front evergreen never looked better. I am forever grateful for his knowledge of trees. It went excellent, he beat the competitors price, he was on time, totally professional. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend!

Once we established contact, things went relatively smoothly. Seth initially came out and assessed the situation for me in late April. He was concerned about potential damage to my yard, which caused him to hesitate, and perhaps procrastinate at pursuing the project. But after a lengthy conversation, and a last minute reassessment by an associate, a solution was found and the trees were finally removed in late May. There was no damage to the lawn. And, the tree removal was done carefully and well. The process for getting the stumps ground however, was also protracted, partially because of weather issues, but the work was finally completed in late June. Again, the stump grinding was done carefully and well. I have only compliments for the quality of the work and for Seth's personal and professional attitude. I do wish he'd been a bit more proactive at pursuing the project and getting it completed in a more timely manner.

Seth and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Seth's quote beat the competition by a long shot. They arrived exactly when they said they would and completed the job within 2.5 hrs when I was expecting a much longer time frame. They cleaned up so that it was hard to tell they had even been there. They will be my go-to company from now on whenever I need tree services of any kind

Seth reviewed the job a provided a quote very quickly. Once the estimate was approved the job was done the very next day. They did a nice job removing the trees and did a little extra by removing some logs and branches that were laying around.

Quick, smooth transaction. They took care of everything while I was at work and were patient about letting me check it out before sending the payment. Communication was professional throughout, and they beat the next lowest estimate by quite a bit.

Seth was contacted to remove a dilapidated tree from my parent?s backyard. Seth immediately provided an estimate and removed the tree within a week. This is the second time that I have used and referred this company. Seth is very efficient, professional and fair.
