Description of Work: Used home warranty program and referred to Carris Appliance. Rhonda and Ken the technician pleasant. Had to eventually turn my repair issues back over to the warranty company to have another vendor come out and fix the issue with front load HE washer. Technician has stated in the past that direct customers are served prior to home warranty customers. Lots of time elapsed since the beginning of the issue to having the issue turned over to another vendor.

The disposer now works very well.
Description of Work: The garbage disposer had quit working. In response to my telephone call, the technician arrived promptly, produced the proper tool to unclog the disposer, reset the mechanism and tested to see it was working properly. He showed me how to use the tool, sold it to me at a nominal cost, and promised to send me the operation and maintenance instruction manual by mail. This arrived within a few days.

THE TUBING CAME LOOSE SHORTLY AFTER REPLACING IT WHICH CAUSED WATER TO GUSH OUT. THEY CAME BACK RIGHT AWAY AND FIXED IT (AFTER I HAD CLEANED IT UP).THE NEW SETTING DIAL IS HARD TO READ (DOESNT MATCH, BUT MY WASHER IS 20 YEARS OLD). THEY GIVE JUST A MORNING OR AFTERNOON APPOINTMENT TIME-FRAME FOR APPOINTMENTS (NO SPECIFIC TIME). PRICE SEEMED HIGH FOR A LITTLE PEICE OF TUBING AND A LITTLE PLASTIC DIAL.
