Excellent experience. High level of expertise and knowledge, very good communication, great suggestions, always on time (they managed roof replacement, siding replacement, attic insulation, gutter, downspouts, shutters, some electrical work, replaced several windows - big project), very good quality of craftsmanship, fair pricing - absolutely no complaints. There was a longer time for preparation needed, as expected, but once decisions had been made (lots of things needed to be decided on) the execution was very professional and done within 2 weeks. From the first truck showing up to the last nail picked up. I only wished I would have known this company earlier. My previous experiences with other companies have been poor, and I was very afraid of hiring anyone for this large project and regret it later. But I was wrong, best experience ever. And the final product looks great, my wife and I love it. I wished it would be always this way. This group of skilled people is great. Very well done Matt and team. For projects to come in the future, I now know where to go. Thank you VERY much.

This was a year long process with my insurance company and going through appraisal. Matt stuck with me and guided me through the process he fought for me and got me what I deserved. Even after insurance said they wouldnâ t pay for some specific â upgradesâ Matt was able to help guide me and I was able to get additional funds that werenâ t upgrades it was pre-existing finishes. Once everything was settled with insurance the roof was completed within days.

The Elflein team came through and installed my roof in a timely manner. There was constant communication throughout the whole process. I highly recommend using Elflein for roofing projects along with any other contractor needs!!

When I called them, they scheduled an appointment with me and were out within a couple days. During our appointment, they performed an inspection and gave us all of our options. Once we decided on what we wanted, they had a crew out within a couple weeks to install our new roof. They were done in 2 days and cleaned up very well.

Matt approached me while in my area due to him noticing damage from a recent storm we had. The insurance was initially only quoting several thousand dollars in damage, I agreed to let Matt take a look and he found significant damage to both the roof and siding. He then took it upon himself to contact the insurance company and battle with them to get the correct work done on the home. In the end he was able to get the roof, siding, gutters as well as some other things covered and paid for. I will for sure contact him for any work I need in the future and he makes the whole process painless and easy 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

They were very professional and helpful explaining all our options. Once we decided on what we wanted, the roof was installed quickly and without issues. They did a good job of cleaning up when finished.

Matt was recommended to me by a friend who used him to install her roof. I had wind damage and the insurance company only wanted to repair 18 shingles. I had fought with the insurance company without making any progress. After thoroughly inspecting my home, Matt was able to be my advocate with the insurance company to get my roof repaired, new gutters and new siding. He is professional, knowledgeable and honest. All of the people that worked on my house were respectful and left my property immaculate. I hope I donâ t have another storm come through, but if I do, Matt would be my first call.

Super easy to work with. Matt showed up to inspect my roof after a storm that left shingles in my front yard. He did 2 emergency repairs to keep the house dry. Matt also inspected my siding and found wind damage. He also addressed the drywall damage from the leaky roof. He dried my walls and performed the necessary repairs to a state that was better than before. When it was all said and he done he worked with insurance to cover everything listed above.; a full new roof, all new siding and wall repairs inside. $45,000 in repairs and all I had to pay was my $500 deductible. CANâ T BEAT THAT!!!!

I hired Matt with Elflein Property Solutions to inspect my roof for damage after a recent summer windstorm.
