Everything went really well with one exception: That the inspector did not check to ensure that the stove and dishwasher were functional. This was partially the home-owner's issue because they were using them for storage, but I still felt that these appliances should have been checked as well. The report prepared was very comprehensive and informative; photos very helpful; and suggested areas for future concern.
