Description of Work: Dave Smith was in contact with us several times per day with updates. Items that needed repaired, Dave would find part needed and repair or have plumber come into resolve problems. Since we were living approx 1 hour from home for sale, Dave would be right there at the home to handle any situation. Dave is very knowledgeable, professional & friendly.
