WHOLESALE WINDOW & DOOR

We were just looking for estimates on the driveway at first. They came out to talk to us. We mentioned other jobs while he was talking. He gave us an estimate on the windows. He told us that he could do the things that we wanted done. He gave us one price for everything. I can't tell whether or not they did a good job. There is still a lot of air that comes in around our windows. My husband says it's because the house is old. He said it is due to the insulation. They came out when we had questions about the work. The reason we went with them is because we needed someone who did a variety of things. They were willing to do the specialty things that we wanted. The other companies weren't able to do these things. They were accommodating. We had one of the storm windows fall out and it took them a few months to get back to us. We had to call them a couple of times. When they first came out to do the job, it was done in a timely manner. The man who did the tuck pointing was very thorough but a little strange. I kept wanting to remind him that we did have a bathroom in the house. He watered the neighbor's plants a couple of times. It was a little odd. I guess he just got into his work. The price was reasonable.

Perry was very prompt and helpful at our first meeting and the final walk through, and answered all questions. The windows were installed on time with no major problems, and his installers were courteous. I am satisfied with the product. However, I was very disappointed with follow-up service. One of the window sashes cracked and needs replacement. Despite three calls, I have never received a return call. The windows are under warranty, and I am now forced to deal directly with the manufacturer. Also, I want to replace three additional windows in my home, but apparently that is not a big enough job to warrant a call back. The situation makes me think that the company is only concerned with making the sale and not with customer service...
