+ -1 moreAbsolute worst service - they nickel and dime you for everything. If the lid is even slightly open they charge you for overfilling. They charge you for removing the dumpster. They give you a quote and lock in a 3 year contract and by the end of the 3 years the cost is nearly triple the original quote! To cancel you have to call and wait on hold forever before hopefully reaching a real person. Use anyone else but WM!

+ -1 moreSelected Waste Management when we moved into our house in 2005. We were happy with the service, they did what they said they were going to do, when they were going to do it. In late 2011 I switched to save a couple of dollars. In less than 4 months, I was back to Waste Management. It is easy to take good service for granted. The aggravation and lost time trying to obtain service isn't worth the few dollars a year we were "saving" by giving it up.

+ -1 moreThey have a good program and do a good job. They are really pretty good. They are helpful on the phone. They are efficient and clean. There is not garbage laying all over. They are subsidized by the city.
Description of Work: I use Waste Management for trash collection and recycling.
