Description of Work: Unclogged a kitchen drain once and 2 days later called again because it was clogged again. Had to leave the house for supplies and some equipment and that was charged to us. All decisions about what needs to be done is cleared by a call to the boss. Person who serviced our problem was a heaving smoker and the smell was nauseating. No smoking in our home but the smell was very upsetting. This same drain was clogged initially 1 yr before. Prices were very high

Description of Work: I had Vanderwist replace my old boiler with a similar new boiler. New unit is great.They did a good job. Disposed of all old materials, cleaned up very well. Showed up when they said they would.
