Customer service person called after my request for quote. Was told the job would be referred to one of the electricians then never called again or communicated again.

They were great, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly - would definitely hire again.

I will use Triple A again without hesitation! The electrician arrived on time - did excellent work, did not leave a mess and was a pleasure in have in my home. The total price came in under estimate.

From our initial contact to completion of all the work, everything was perfect. Phone calls, if not answered when you call, are promptly returned. Dave came to discuss what needed to be done, and we decided to schedule with them to do the work. The electricians who came, especially Joe, were always on time, polite and professional, and did a great job in a timely manner. This company really cares about their customers and the quality of their work, all at reasonable prices.

I've worked with a number of contractors in both residential and commercial situations. The guys from Triple A rank at the very top. I called to arrange for an estimate and it was scheduled for the following day. The job was scheduled to commence 5 days later and to be completed within two days. The guys arrived on time and got right to work. They were consummate professionals (polite, engaging, and focused on the task at hand). The estimate was provided in line item format and I paid only for the work performed and for the price detailed on the estimate. If you need electrical work done, call Triple A. I can't recommend them highly enough. This a commendable, honest and stand-up company.

I received a phone call from them about my project request the same day as I sent it. They had someone out within the week to give me a more accurate quote (due to my scheduling conflicts). All follow up questions and add-on requests that I asked via email were quickly answered within 2 business days (usually within hours!). Workers showed up on time, took a lunch break at the appropriate time and for an appropriate length and worked hard the entire time. Everything was cleaned up well when they were finished. Overall we are pleased with their work and hope they consider giving their employees a raise! :)

Dave and his workers were absolutely amazing to work with. Not only did they respond to our call the same day, their price beat out 3 other companies we looked into! We were told by another electrical company that they were unable to add extra high hats and ceiling lighting in our home. After calling triple a electric out we found out that this was not the case. They installed everything we wanted without any problems! We are so grateful for the service!

Our house was improperly grounded and was causing multiple issues. We called triple a and they came out within 24 hours. The electrician also noticed incorrect breakers and properly replaced them. A month later we are issue free! Thanks triple a!

Our electric work was a mess when our house was built. We could not turn on the coffee maker and watch TV at the same time becasue a fuse would blow. Triple A came in and did a great job fixing the problem and in much less time then they quoted us. The price was great for the work they did and the workers are very considerate, clean and professional.
