+ 0 moreOverall, I'd have to say he's an 'A', even though he's a little slow, but he's really busy because everybody goes to him. He's good, but you're not going to get your shoes the next day. He's reasonable and has a great demeanor.
Description of Work: I get shoe repair at Tom's Shoe Repair. I haven't had any shoes repaired in a while but he just fixed my purse recently.

+ -1 moreI brought my shoes to Tom. His shop had a nice look to it. He took the shoe's and said they would be ready in a week (Wednesday). I sent my wife to pick them up on Thursday with my leather coat zipper that I tried to fix myself to be fixed. The shoes were not ready. Tom took the coat and asked her to come back a little later that day. By then he had the shoes and zipper fixed. The fixed zipper works like a charm. Tom manage to patch up the cut in the shoe nicely such that its barely visable. He polished and buffed the shoes. Since I've been too busy to polish them for some time, they look a world better. Overall it was a good experience. I'd certainly go back.

+ -1 moreI was really impressed with the shop and with the owner. He seems to care about his customers, and the little shop is quite attractive with the decorations and with a child play area.
Description of Work: I took a shoe in that I had tried to have repaired at another store, but they caused the shoe to look worse than it did before, and Tom's Shoe Repair said that they could fix it.
