They are real good people. They also give me discounts. The pricing is pretty reasonable. He is a veteran and is a stand up person.

They installed central air for us. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone. We would definitely use them again.

They were very prompt and courteous. Also their price was very reasonable. They were responsive and they returned phone calls promptly. I have no complaints about them.

I have used them for three years. The price was what they said it would be. They were very informative and very punctual. They make follow up calls and keep track of things. They are honest with me.

The technician, Angel, was professional, informed and very thorough in explaining how the boiler works. He corrected the pressure, which was set too high and identified small carbon monoxide leak. Angel took great care in showing us what we need to do to maintain the boiler and answered as many questions as we thought of. We discussed replacing the boiler and he immediately put us in touch with the appropriate sales person at Stovicek.

The project went very well.

The guy came in and checked the system really good and he was great. He was very honest, he told me that I didn't need more freon, and he took a look at the furnace and found no problems. It was a good experience.

I bought a White-Rogers thermostat,80 Series, 1F86-344, in Oct.,'04 from Stovicek and Co. On Oct. 22,'06, the thermostat shut off (and furnace). I tried to restart it and couldn't. The next day I was told by the repairman, Keith, that the company had a bad batch of these about 6 months ago and were being replaced by the manufacturer but since mine was purchased in '04, it doesn't fall in that category. I was charged $150 and told I'm getting a "good price." Stovicek sold to KW Lang and the company is not as consumer friendly as it was under Bart Stovicek. KW Lang should stand behind the products they install even if manufacturer does not. On another occasion, for 50' of work I was charged a flat rate of $190 even though their hourly rate is $105.00. In the future I will only use this company for a part under warranty.

Keith,the service man was extremely helpful. The air conditioner was fully inspected and suggestions made that will be very helpful. He also looked at the boiler, although we it was not a full inspection at this time, but could give me useful information about its status. I am glad I made the change from my old provider.

CRAIG WAS ONE OF THE BEST PROFESSIONALS THAT I HAVE WORKED WITH. THIS COMPANY IS THE FRONT RUNNER FOR THE WORK- HONEST, FAIR, and THOROUGH. CRAIG MENTIONED IN PASSING HOW HE GAVE ASSISTANCE TO AN ELDERLY CUSTOMER and RIGHT THERE, IN HIS BRIEF EXAMPLE, HE SHOWED ME THAT THIS COMPANY GOES OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS! THIS YOUNG MAN IS AN ASSET TO THEIR COMPANY. I WILL BE CONTACTING THEM ABOUT DOING THE WORK.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS AND THE INSTALLERS DID A GOOD JOB. I HAVE A YEARLY CONTRACT WITH THEM AND I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS.

THE INSTALLATION WAS AN A+, THE INSTALLER DID A GREAT JOB. THE SALESMAN, HOWEVER, NEGLECTED TO TELL ME THAT I NEEDED ADDITIONAL WIRING. NOW, I HAVE TO SPEND OVER $1,000 TO UPGRADE MY ELECTRICAL PANEL. THEY GAVE ME A SMALL CREDIT FOR THEIR MISTAKE.

THEY WERE MESSY. THEY DIDN'T KEEP THE DIRT FROM GOING EVERYWHERE. THEY DID NOT USE DROP CLOTHS. THE SMALL DETAILS WERE NOT ADDRESSED PROPERLY.

BEST PRICE OF 4 ESTIMATES, FRIENDLY, COMPETENT INSTALLERS. CLEANED UP AFTER JOB. SEALED UP AN OBSOLETE CHIMNEY CLEAN -OUT DOOR AFTER INSTALLING CHIMNEY LINER. AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. VERY PLEASED WITH JOB.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. I HAVE GIVEN THE NAME TO SOME OF MY FRIENDS. TOTALLY RELIABLE.

I USE STOVICEK ON CONTINUING BASIS AND HAVE FOR 3-4 YEARS FOR THE FURNACE AND A/C IN THE HOUSE. I DONT KNOW ABOUT THEIR PRICES BECAUSE I ALWAYS HIRE THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR INTEGRITY, PROFESSIONAL STAFF AND BARTS HELPFULNESS!
