Steve was a total professional. Calls were returned timely and he kept to his schedule. The work was done neatly and Steve cleaned up the work area appropriately. We have had zero water issues since the work was completed. Kudos to Steve!! Very highly recommended. I have since enlisted Steve for a sanitary sewer hookup which was also done professionally and at a very reasonable price.
Description of Work: Water was entering our basement on moderate to heavy rainfalls. Steve determined that the grading around the house was primarily the culprit along with poor "water management" in our yard. Steve's solution was fix the grading and form a swail in the yard to direct water away from the house. All of this for a mere $500 compared to another contractor wanting to install an external sump pump to the tune of $8000!! Steve's simple and common sense approach worked beautifully!! Not to mention agreeable price.

It was done well. They showed up when they said they would, installed the system which took about three days and left no mess, The fee was payabell on completion and was exactly what they quoted. It was a very good experience and I would recommend them to anyone. I had 3 estimates and I chose them and am very satisfied. They were plesant and worked very hard, no fooling around.
Description of Work: Installed a full new septic system. The system included 4 plastic tanks, wiring for the pump and grading of extra dirt left from holes where tanks were installed, They cleaned up yard and left no mess.
